Pros
I really like how it handles setting up repeat jobs and keeps track of the spots we visit most often. Helps us catch problems we might have missed otherwise.
Cons
The app tends to get sluggish when I'm jumping between different sections which can be pretty frustrating during busy periods.

I would say its quite user-friendly whether I'm on my desktop or mobile. Support is always there when I need help or want to give feedback.
Cons

Pros
The app is designed with mobile in mind which works perfectly since most of our daily tasks happen on phones. I appreciate how simple everything feels and nothing overwhelming or cluttered on the interface.
Cons
Search function only looks through titles which is pretty limiting. I have to rely on filters to find what I need though I hear there's an update coming that should fix this.

Scheduling recurring work orders is really useful. I can assign them to specific team members or individuals, include detailed procedures and even add vendor information for whatever needs to be completed.
Cons
I find it frustrating that there's no way to schedule projects across extended timeframes without having to create separate work orders for each day of the project. This limitation means I need to rely on additional project management software to handle longer-term planning effectively.

“Helpful voice-to-text feature
Pros
The voice-to-text feature has been a lifesaver for me since English isn't my native language and spelling can be challenging. Being able to just speak into the phone and have my words automatically entered makes documenting my work so much simpler and faster.
Cons
Currently I can't think of any real complaints. The system runs much faster now and being able to see photos helps me figure out exactly what work needs to be done. What I really appreciate is the flexibility. I can jot down my notes right from my phone which makes everything more convenient.

Being able to create work orders directly from the field is so convenient and saves a lot of time.
Cons
The reporting options feel pretty limited. When I need to track labor hours for specific tasks, I end up having to export everything to Excel to get the data organized the way I need it.

Pros
The transparency this tool brings to our business has been incredible. Before using it, we struggled with communication and organization issues but those days are over. It's elevated our entire department and we're accomplishing more than we ever have.
Cons
The pricing gaps between different tiers are pretty big. The basic plan covers most of what we need but the premium level packs way more features than our 5-person team could ever use. Would've been nice if some of those advanced tools were available as separate add-ons instead of forcing us into the top tier.

I really appreciate how simple it is to assign tasks when issues come up. The scheduling tools and due date tracking work great for staying organized. What stands out most though is how well it keeps everyone in the loop about specific problems. That ongoing communication has been valuable for our team.

Setting it up was so convenient and getting our team trained on work order creation and resolution didn't take long at all. What I really appreciate is how the app functions offline. It's been a lifesaver when we're working in areas where the wifi is unreliable.
Cons
Would be nice to have a check-in feature so people can show there available for new requests since right now you can assign tasks to folks who aren't actually working.
