“keeps Maintenance Issues Under control
Pros
Work orders never get missed now. When problems come up, they get logged into the system and ranked by importance. Similar issues can be bundled together which really boosts our efficiency.
Cons
Haven't found any significant gaps or issues with it so far.

“Solid tracking features
Pros
Setting it up was simple and I picked up how to use it pretty quickly. The tracking features are solid and I really appreciate how much time it saves me throughout the day.
Cons
Wish everything had timestamps. Sometimes I can't tell when comments or entries were made.

“multiple assignment options on work orders
Pros
The automatic 2-factor authentication feature is great. Being able to search work orders across all fields in calendar, list and preview formats makes finding what I need much faster. The ability to add comments with pictures practically anywhere it makes sense is useful. What I find most impressive are the helpful suggestions like prompts to start timers, stop other timers or add preventive maintenance. The nudging throughout the application is genuinely clever and keeps me on track. Having multiple assignment options on work orders is another standout feature that saves time.
Cons
Hard to search inventory fields properly. Finding future work orders for specific assets is a pain. You should be able to just look up the asset and check its work order tab. When you have both search and filters running at the same time, it's not obvious enough that both are active which gets annoying when youre missing results.

“I became an expert within a week
Pros
Works perfectly for our needs. Super easy to use and the desktop version is equally impressive. Practically no learning curve. I became proficient within a week!
Cons
Getting everyone at the facility on board has been the main challenge I've faced. The system works well for all departments, not just maintenance but convincing the whole plant to embrace it takes some effort.

Pros
The app feels really easy to use and adding new data is simple. I can easily add assets and locations right from my phone which is super convenient.
Cons
Could really use additional vendor fields and it's frustrating that purchase orders don't have a dedicated spot for reference numbers. You have to stick them in the notes section instead.

The level of detail I can include is impressive and being able to communicate directly with my team through the app makes collaboration so much smoother.

Pros
Getting started was not difficult and I didn't struggle much picking it up. I've tried other maintenance tracking systems before that were a nightmare to configure but this one made the whole process simple.
Cons
It's interface feels pretty text-heavy when you're trying to move around though it still works fine for what I need.

Pros
The functionality is incredible and being able to access everything from my phone is a game-changer. I don't need to write down lists anymore, just snap a photo, create a work order and I'm done. The inventory and asset management features have really helped us stay on top of critical spares and monitor our minimums effortlessly. Everything works well for my needs.
Cons
Could use more details for mechanic workflows though I hear updates are on the way so not a major issue.

I really appreciate having everything centralized. Being able to communicate with my team and access all the necessary tools without switching between different applications is a plus.

For me it has been so easy to use and flexible. Scrolling through everything feels natural. The filtering system does exactly what I need, pulling up the right information quickly. What really stands out are the customization options that let me tailor it to my specific workflow. Having both desktop and mobile versions is wonderful since my team can stay connected and updated on facility status no matter where we are.
Cons
I havent run into any real problems yet and we've put all our maintenance data and compliance stuff into this system. Since I set up the initial data myself and use it daily, I can say there haven't been any crashes, bugs or downtime that affected our work. It's been solid when we need quick access to critical maintenance info during emergencies.

Allows us to track assets across our large facility and see exactly what they're costing us. The parts and consumables tracking means we never run out of what we need. It's simple to use regardless of your skill level.
Cons
Haven't really used the messaging feature much since I'm still getting familiar with everything. It's pretty difficult to keep tabs on what my associates are doing each day and tracking their daily work progress is challenging.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how convenient it is. Setting up scheduled tasks and procedures was quick and didn't require much effort on my part. We've practically gotten rid of all our paperwork and now I have full visibility into our maintenance spares inventory. The maintenance technicians have embraced it completely and are amazed at how much easier it's made their daily record keeping.
Cons
The main downside is that the Workstation Module isn't available with the Premium plan which is frustrating since I found it really helpful. There's also a pretty steep price jump from Premium to Enterprise that feels like a big gap.

I love how clean and well-structured the interface looks. It honestly makes using this tool a joy. Even the boring, everyday tasks feel more engaging thanks to the smooth animations and polished design.
Cons
The pricing structure could be better. While I get paying full price for admin accounts, it would be nice if regular full users got some kind of discount since there's a big difference in what we actually need access to.

Great being able to snap photos of problems and mark them up to show exactly what's wrong. This feature is a huge time-saver for our maintenance team since they don't need to constantly check with managers for clarification.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this platform. Both the desktop and mobile versions work great together and pack a lot of power.
