“solid tracking and reporting
Pros
I can quickly input work orders when they come in and mark them finished once the job's done. The cost tracking is solid and I get good reports showing which jobs we've wrapped up.
Cons
Hard to find major flaws here. There's some tedious manual data entry now and then but honestly no system is flawless.

Pros
We were struggling with asset tracking before this. We had zero visibility into our equipment and were hemorrhaging money on maintenance costs. Now everything's organized and I can actually see where our assets are and what condition they're in.
Cons
Its difficult to find completed work orders when they're all mixed together and sorting by due dates doesn't help much

Pros
This software lets me pull the data I need thanks to the built-in filters. Makes gathering information really simple and efficient.
Cons
The filters have an Assigned To option but I really wish there was also a Completed By filter. That would make tracking much easier.

Pros
Very easy to handle and the main features work exactly as they should. Customer support has been superb whenever I've needed help.
Cons
The asset hierarchy setup feels pretty limited and the reporting options don't give you much flexibility to work with.

I can access all the desktop features right from my phone which gives me complete control wherever I am.
Cons
Photo uploading process is really slow and there's an annoying issue where rotating your device clears the cache meaning you lose everything and have to retake all the photos again.

The work order and asset management features are really helpful. Being able to link invoices directly to specific work orders makes data entry much more convenient.
Cons
I wish there were better time filters for the work order dashboard. Being able to filter work orders by specific time periods would be really helpful.

Pros
Appreciate how notifications come straight to my phone. Keeps me in the loop without constantly checking the system. Everything feels well-organized and the filtering options make finding what I need much easier. The speed is solid too, no frustrating delays when moving around.
Cons
The app could definitely be faster and I think their searching tool needs some work. There's always room for improvement though.

Cons
Right now there's no decent way to sort work orders by the time you've spent on them. Also, the IoT functionality isn't ready yet.

“Love the flexibility it provides
Pros
As an engineering storeman I really appreciate how flexible this system is and the massive number of data fields you can use for parts. I can search through my database using the manufacturer's part number, by machine or even by storage location. Being able to assign a single work order to multiple engineers is incredibly handy and having photos attached to all assets and work orders has saved me countless times. The procedure library has been a real lifesaver though I'd love to see more customization options for the fields in procedures. Plus, being able to generate PDF reports for practically anything in the system is such a useful feature.
Cons
The system's effectiveness really depends on the quality of data being entered and we often get requests that are way too vague. People should be required to specify exactly where the issue is happening which equipment is involved and they need to include their contact information. We really need to be able to talk directly with whoever experienced the problem in the first place.

Having both the web and mobile versions available is a bonus. Makes it super convenient to handle all our maintenance tasks no matter where I am. The accessibility is outstanding and with our team of 16 engineers plus 40+ other staff members, everyone can easily submit their job requests through the platform. What I love most is how all our asset and maintenance history stays organized and controlled in one place.
Cons

I like how it keeps everything organized and flowing smoothly. Managers and supervisors can easily monitor work orders and see what's been assigned to each technician, complete with detailed information and progress photos that really help track how things are moving along.

I was blown away by how comprehensive this software is when I first learned to use it. Every detail you could think of is covered which is absolutely crucial in the maintenance industry.
Cons
The software can be pretty laggy at times which is really my only complaint. If it ran smoother it would be perfect though I'm not sure if it's just my devices acting up or the platform itself.

It completely transformed us from relying on an outdated dry erase board system to modern digital management. Perfect solution for lodging properties, honestly wish we'd switched sooner.
Cons
The pricing model is a bit frustrating since they charge per user. We'd love to add more occasional users but don't want to pay for each one.
