Pros

What I love most is how simple it is to use and how everyone on my team can add their thoughts on various projects.

Pros

I really appreciate how well the different lists work together. The system structure makes it organized.

simple to delegate tasks

Pros

I find it really simple to check, approve and delegate tasks to my maintenance crews. The system makes it simple for staff to submit requests and my maintenance team can easily organize and prioritize their workload.

Cons

Logging in gets pretty tedious when you're managing several properties at once.

easy to add new users

Pros

Found it easy to handle and get around in. Submitting tickets is simple and adding new users doesn't take much effort. When I send messages through the system, I usually get quick responses back.

Cons

Pros

Right when I log in my assigned work orders appear at the top of the list which saves me time searching through everything.

Cons

A few coworkers still rely on other platforms to handle tasks that this tool already covers which isn't a software drawback I'm just saying.

Wide range of features

Pros

I appreciate how thorough and efficient this platform is for our operations. The amount of features available is impressive and the support team has been helpful in walking us through everything so we can get the most value from it.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. I just wish the people submitting requests could see a little more without being able to edit anything. Some of our staff don't need complete access but they'd really like to check on their work order status so they can keep tenants informed about where things stand.

Keeps everyone in loop

Pros

What I appreciate most is having everyone synchronized whether they're in the office or out in the field. Being able to upload photos and videos is fantastic and while YouTube integration for longer videos would be nice, copying and pasting HTML links works just fine. I'm confident there are plenty of other features I haven't discovered yet and I just need to take time to explore them properly.

Cons

The reporting options are pretty limited. I really wish there was a way to generate monthly or weekly reports that pull together all the comments, pictures and other details from work orders so I could easily archive everything.

I can schedule service calls

Pros

I find this app really simple to use whether I'm using my phone or logging in through the web browser. The scheduling feature for service calls is particularly handy. I can set specific dates and times. It sends me helpful reminders so I don't forget appointments.

Cons

The address entry part feels a bit awkward though it gets the job done.

improved our workflow

Pros

The amount of information you can include in work orders is impressive and the quick notifications keep everyone in the loop. It's really user-friendly and gives you space to explain how issues can be resolved. This progress tracking has helped us create a much better work environment overall.

Cons

Not everyone uses it professionally which isn't really the software's fault. We just need better administrators who will push people to actually use this more consistently.
