I find it really simple to check, approve and delegate tasks to my maintenance crews. The system makes it simple for staff to submit requests and my maintenance team can easily organize and prioritize their workload.
Cons
Logging in gets pretty tedious when you're managing several properties at once.

I appreciate how thorough and efficient this platform is for our operations. The amount of features available is impressive and the support team has been helpful in walking us through everything so we can get the most value from it.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about. I just wish the people submitting requests could see a little more without being able to edit anything. Some of our staff don't need complete access but they'd really like to check on their work order status so they can keep tenants informed about where things stand.

What I appreciate most is having everyone synchronized whether they're in the office or out in the field. Being able to upload photos and videos is fantastic and while YouTube integration for longer videos would be nice, copying and pasting HTML links works just fine. I'm confident there are plenty of other features I haven't discovered yet and I just need to take time to explore them properly.
Cons
The reporting options are pretty limited. I really wish there was a way to generate monthly or weekly reports that pull together all the comments, pictures and other details from work orders so I could easily archive everything.
