Cons

Pros
The web interface is really simple and runs smoothly in any browser. Customer service and tech support are always ready to assist me.
Cons
Sometimes tabs would refresh unexpectedly when I was only trying to refresh one. Though I should mention the team actually fixed this issue after I reported it and followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

Pros
It tracks repair work and shows where we stand with each job. Being able to connect repair details with their actual costs has been really valuable for our workflow.
Cons
Completing audits with the built-in procedures works fine but reporting findings can be tricky though honestly it's not worse than other platforms we've used before.
