Feels really user-friendly and I can generate reports on the fly.

Cons

The work order creation process feels a bit limited. There aren't enough customization options to really adjust it to our specific needs.

The web interface is really simple and runs smoothly in any browser. Customer service and tech support are always ready to assist me.

Sometimes tabs would refresh unexpectedly when I was only trying to refresh one. Though I should mention the team actually fixed this issue after I reported it and followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

Can quickly search for any asset and see all its work orders, both active and completed ones. It's really convenient for tracking maintenance schedules and equipment servicing.

For me the simplicity stands out. Just add your task details and upload photos to get approval on your work.

Nothing major to complain about so far. Would be nice if it supported video calls though.
