Pros
Using MaintainX is a great software. I can easily monitor both finished and ongoing work orders. The inclusion of all preventive maintenance tasks streamlines my review process and enables better planning.
Cons

Pros
MaintainX has significantly boosted our productivity and efficiency! The ease with which our staff can create requests is a huge advantage. The work orders provide a detailed list of tasks to be completed during the day or week.
Cons
I'd like to be able to edit or add previous meter readings. This would make onboarding the software easier and quicker for companies, ensuring they have updated metrics and reports on their meters from day one.

Pros
Very simple to use, with numerous features to utilize. Inventory stock is easily accessible. It's affordable, making it ideal for smaller companies. It logs machine downtime to generate reports and audit records.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a budget spreadsheet, but I use the PO system to keep track. It would also be beneficial to access more custom dashboards on a premium plan.

Pros
The overall setup and integration were incredibly easy. After a few days of sitting down with my current schedule, I was able to transfer everything over and create a much better system. The customer service is always friendly and quick. The constant upgrades based on user feedback are nice to see. We use this every day for service reports, PPM, and stock checks. The QR codes for assets are extremely useful.
Cons
Some features could be better streamlined for more complex checks, but most ideas are achievable with time. An editable request portal would also be ideal.

Cons
I wish I could take a picture of the QR code in the app and automatically create the work order. Currently, I need to open the app, find the QR code scanner, take the picture, and then it opens.

I value MaintainX for its ease of use, versatility, instant communication, asset organization, mobile availability, data analysis, and seamless integration capacities. These combined features greatly enhance productivity and effectiveness in our maintenance operations.
Cons
I've noticed some missing features that would be useful for me. One inconvenience is having to download or export a work order to print it. I also wish I could mass print work orders without opening each one individually. Integrating a GPS feature in the app would be beneficial, especially for identifying maintenance repair areas without specific addresses.
