The BEST in the business!

Pros

The best thing about MaintainX is its exceptional user-friendliness. Even beginners can start using it right away. The ability to create or request work orders instantly using a mobile device leads to quicker repairs, and the option to attach pictures is incredibly helpful for the maintenance department.

Cons

I genuinely cannot find any faults with MaintainX. I have been utilizing the system for over three years across two different companies.

Great Work Order System! Even Better Support!

Pros

MaintainX was highly customizable to suit our needs. The technicians provided excellent support, helping us set up a system that works for us and our clients. We highly recommend them!

Cons

It would be fantastic if we had the ability to upload our own bulk work orders so we can control when our technicians see them.

A very helpful work order software

Pros

Before adopting MaintainX, we relied on paper binders as schedules for preventative maintenance. Now, visualizing task due dates on the calendar is much simpler.

Cons

As a small company, we don't utilize many of the features. Certain parts of the software go unused, so having the option to pay only for what we use would be interesting.

Tracking assets and essential supplies for proactive maintenance is not a hassle anymore. Moreover, the delightful and charming animation that appears upon task completion never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Preventative maintenance software we have been missing

Pros

The ease of use is remarkable. I can easily keep track of our asset history and seamlessly schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Moreover, creating work orders for day-to-day issues is also quite easy now.

Cons

Occasionally, when I'm impatient, the support for uploading information isn't the best, and it takes a couple of days.

Cons

The only CMMS you should consider.

Pros

MaintainX offers a plethora of benefits. If I had to pinpoint one thing, it would be the remarkable ease of use. It's the one aspect that my entire team has unanimously praised since adopting it.

Cons

I don't want to sound negative because, overall, the system is fantastic. If I had to mention something, I'd say there could be better compatibility with other software. However, this isn't entirely fair as the team is constantly updating the system.

The software is easy to use and set up. Both the desktop and mobile versions work exceptionally well and are easy to grasp. The MaintainX integration team and customer support are responsive and helpful, making the transition to MaintainX a logical choice.

Cons

Many maintenance tracking tasks are driven by industry-specific regulations that require software validation as part of the qualification process for using an electronic system. Therefore, it would be beneficial to have more features focused on role/user administration, customization, audit trails, and metadata tracking.

MaintainX is a game changer

Pros

We absolutely adore the seamless usability and functionality of the app. While we can make it work for our invoicing system and it has certainly improved it, it would be even more remarkable if it included dedicated client billing/invoicing features.

Cons

The only area where MaintainX falls short is in the billing/invoicing department. It would greatly benefit from a dedicated invoice feature!
