“Not hard to understand
Pros
It's simplicity really stands out to me. The interface is so user-friendly that anyone can figure it out without much training.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that it could integrate better with other applications like having automatic referrals to MaintainX when opening certain apps for inspections and such.

“Useful for team communication

I've got plenty more exploring to do but this application has been excellent so far! Being able to assign daily tasks (work orders) to our field operations team and schedule future ones has been a game-changer. The communication features really help keep everyone on the same page and I can make sure all the necessary work gets done whether it's daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly tasks.
Cons
The only thing I've run into is not being able to schedule work orders to repeat on specific weekdays of the month like the first Friday every month. There are workarounds for this though. Other than that, no real complaints from me.

“Appreciate the meter system
Pros
Managing work orders has become so much easier with this platform. Our non-maintenance team can now communicate facility issues to our maintenance department without any problem. I love how it tracks outstanding tasks and makes it simple to distribute work orders to staff who might be working off-site. The meter system is honestly my favorite feature. It's completely transformed how we monitor all our water meters across the property. The interface is mostly user-friendly and the features are really solid. Their technical support team has been responsive whenever I've reached out with questions or needed help.
Cons
I wish there was better support for implementing new features or enhancing current ones. I've submitted several improvement suggestions but they seem to get overlooked. The updates we receive focus on minor features that our team rarely uses. Performance varies significantly between my Android and iPhone. It runs much smoother on Android particularly when uploading photos for work orders.

Pros
Being able to customize this tool to fit our company's unique requirements has been a plus. The customer service team has been cooperative and always ready to help when needed.
Cons
The main issue is that it was built with service maintenance in mind but we mostly use it for inventory and job tracking so we have to work around certain features that don't quite fit our needs.

I can source work orders and track everything that matters to my business through this system. It makes operations much more efficient and is simple enough for anyone on my team to use without issues.
Cons
I haven't really come across anything major to complain about yet. Whenever I've had questions or run into problems, they've managed to sort everything out pretty quickly. The whole setup process has worked out well for our team.

Pros
Getting up and running was simple and training our techs didn't take long at all.
Cons
The reporting features are pretty rigid and you can't sort things by custom fields which is frustrating when you need specific data views.

Pros
The program is very accurate and has a clean, modern interface that really helps our facility project a professional image of care. I'm hoping it will reveal some shortcuts for managing both staff and materials more efficiently. Speed-wise, it definitely outperforms other solutions I've used.

I like having everything in one place including work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory tracking and tons of other features.
Cons
Reporting options for parts usage and costs could definitely be more strong. I find myself wanting deeper insights into how we're spending on inventory.

This system really helps me stay on top of customer equipment and asset tracking while keeping everything current. I can add comments and notes to each job order which is super handy. The interface is easy to use and I like being able to customize preferences for both job orders and assets.

Userfriendly nature really stands out. I could jump right in anytime. The mobile app is designed well.
Cons
The customization options are practically non-existent which is really frustrating. I'd love to see more flexibility added for example, why can't I rearrange or modify titles on the job board however I want? It seems like such a simple feature to implement. I'd definitely upgrade to premium if they included better customization tools.

The development team responds quickly to feedback. They genuinely listen to suggestions and work closely with us to make improvements. The interface keeps things simple which means even our less tech-savvy staff can use it without getting confused. Plus, there are plenty of administrative tools available when you need them.
Cons
The software doesn't play well with lower-end tablets, though high-end devices like iPhones run it smoothly. When dealing with large procedures, there's quite a bit of lag that gets frustrating. Every step triggers an automatic save and the whole program freezes until that's done.

What I really appreciate is how simple it makes tracking what needs attention and cuts down on wasted time. When someone submits a request, we get instant notifications so nothing falls through the cracks.

The flexibility here really caught our attention when we were evaluating options. While it's built as an asset management platform, we've been able to adapt it for handling work orders and tracking SOP exceptions in ways that work perfectly for us. What I love most is how customizable the procedures are and we can build detailed step-by-step guides that our team and contractors actually follow.
Cons
Time tracking reports don't quite match how we use the system. Still we can pull the data we need so it works out fine.

We can track everything from one central location which really helps us stay organized and on schedule. Writing purchase orders takes no time at all and my team can locate them instantly. The support team is brilliant. They're always available when I need assistance and provide excellent help.

“Everyone can view projects
Pros
Everyone can view and monitor projects in one place which eliminates the need for endless email chains just to get work completed.
Cons
Store managers handle all the work order entries but don't get email notifications since they're stuck with basic user access. We have to tell them to keep the program running and watch for bold text changes but getting the same email alerts that admins receive would be a huge improvement.
