“They know their stuff!!
Pros
It's pretty user-friendly and works smoothly on both desktop and mobile. Their onboarding process includes helpful training sessions and Q&A calls that got me up to speed quickly. When I need help, the tech support team is available. They actually know what they're talking about. Compared to our old CMMS, this platform beats it in almost every category I can think of.
Cons
The customization options are pretty limited. You can't really apply themes or move widgets and info boxes around. It's mostly just aesthetic stuff but it would be nice to have more control over the interface layout.

Great how well-structured everything is. It feels user-friendly and simple to figure out.
Cons
I really wish there was an offline mode where I could take photos and have them sync up automatically once I'm back on wifi.

“Well laid out interface
Pros
The interface is well-organized and I appreciate how simple it makes generating reports. Being able to assign multiple people to the same work order is super helpful for our workflow. Plus exporting work orders to share with vendors and partners works smoothly.
Cons
There are a few odd behaviors that you won't figure out on your own. Someone has to walk you through the workarounds

“Makes it easy to flag maintenance issues
Pros
It's an uncomplicated system and I love how much we can customize it to fit our needs. Finding a simple way for our organization to submit work orders and flag maintenance issues has been a real challenge but this tool solved that problem perfectly. We can now include all the necessary details, even priority levels and get them instantly to our maintenance team so they can handle requests efficiently.
Cons
The only real issue I've faced is the limitation on scheduling assignees. You can't adjust them more than a week ahead of time. When our house managers go on vacation, I have to wait until just a week before to reassign their tasks which makes planning difficult.

Pros
I'm able to upload my Excel files and convert them into polished work orders that look really professional.
Cons
Honestly the per-user pricing model is tough for someone like me running a small business. Every expense matters and this adds up quickly when you're watching every dollar.

I found it to be user-friendly and the response times are excellent. The support team has been fantastic whenever I've needed help. They actually solve problems.

“v detailed reporting
Pros
The reporting features are very thorough, giving me all the troubleshooting details and preventive maintenance info I need. What really stands out is how gchat integrates smoothly. we can discuss machine issues directly within the created tickets which makes collaboration so much smoother.
Cons
I haven't found anything particularly unhelpful about maintaining this system. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides. Though it would be great if you could enhance the real-time tracking capabilities to better detect time discrepancies.

Pros
This was our team's first solution for logging and tracking work orders and I couldn't be happier with how simple it is. The reporting features are really flexible. You can get exactly the data you need.
Cons
The portal for non-user requests feels a bit limited. There should be more fields for information so our Facilities team can better understand what's needed and how urgent it is. The reports cover everything well but I wish we could download charts and graphs directly to make things more organized.

I appreciate being able to track every ticket created across our locations and see the live chat conversations with all participants. This keeps everyone informed and eliminates any confusion about what's happening.
Cons

“Having a dedicated account manager is a plus
Pros
Easy to handle all our maintenance tasks. Support team gets back to you in no time and having a dedicated account manager really makes a difference when setting things up for what we need.
Cons
Large procedures on the Android app become pretty unresponsive and tend to lag quite a bit. Would be great if search functionality could filter through keywords in descriptions and not just titles for things like assets, parts and work orders.

Cons

Pros
The interface is clean and whenever I need help, the support system makes finding answers easy. Their purchase order process is refreshingly simple compared to the complicated systems I've dealt with elsewhere.
Cons

“Best CMMS I've ever used
Pros
It's nice how simple this application is. Getting information entered is not an issue and creating work orders feels easy. Everything's right where you expect it to be. The parts inventory system is crystal clear and works well with purchase orders which makes my job so much easier. Honestly this might be the best CMMS software I've used and I'm excited to see what future updates bring!
Cons
The only real issue I've run into is how the asset hierarchy works. You can create an asset and add one sub-asset underneath it but that's where it stops. Being able to add another level below that would be really helpful for our organization and I imagine other companies would benefit from it too. I did reach out about this limitation and they mentioned they're looking into a solution.

Pros
The support team has been incredible and help during setup was always just a phone call away whenever I needed it.
Cons
It would be helpful if the asset management had more hierarchy levels so sub-assets could have their own sub-assets underneath them.

I find it really simple for anyone making requests and new team members pick it up quickly without much training. Teaching others how to use it is convenient. The ability to attach pictures is a nice touch that comes in handy. Compared to Facility Guy, which we used before this is so much more user-friendly.
Cons
The only thing missing is building mapping and drawing capabilities. Would be great if there was a portal to upload and translate schematics or floor plans. I'd want to hand this off to the next facilities person with a solid framework they can build on and work from.

Pros
It has been a really valuable tool for tracking our Maintenance Program and Work Orders. I pull the reporting data every week to share metrics with my Maintenance Department team and it's become part of our routine. The support service is exactly what I needed. Getting help is just a click away and I've gotten excellent attention and follow-up whenever I have questions or requests. What really stood out was when BRC and Client Auditors actually congratulated us on this acquisition and how we're managing our maintenance through the platform. That kind of external validation means a lot.
Cons
Can't think of anything negative to mention about this platform. From day one of using our license, our service department has really expanded and improved. I've even suggested it to coworkers at other companies because of how well its worked for us.

Pros
Their team is collaborative and really knows their stuff. This system handles our facility maintenance, operations and staff management perfectly while staying user-friendly. Integration with other programs works perfectly. Having used several CMMS platforms before, I can say this one's much more affordable and user-friendly, plus it gives us room to grow down the road. Those training videos are really helpful as well.
Cons
Would be helpful to have a standard presentation template for explaining the program to our team members. The procedure library could use more detailed content.
