I appreciate how this tool brings organization to our chaotic workflow. The reporting features are powerful and they really help identify patterns that can boost business performance. Having everything centralized is a game changer for our team's efficiency, especially since we can access it whenever needed.
Cons
No major issues yet, we're still inputting tons of data and collecting historical records. The team is also still getting used to the transition period but so far it's been working well both in the office and remotely. Our manager definitely has way more info readily available now.

Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about this platform. My only issues are more about features I'd like to see added rather than actual problems. The team is always open to suggestions and actively seeks feedback for new features.

I can easily catalog and organize all parts using the barcode system. The inventory tracking is comprehensive and it links everything to the right assets and equipment, plus connects vendors for quick reordering when needed.
Cons
Setting it up takes quite a bit of time since you'll need to rework your current parts managment system whether it's digital or not. There's really no way around this time investment, though the staff can help import your existing spreadsheets or documents if you have them.

It's a simple maintenance tracking tool that saves a lot of time and effort. Creating work orders is easy and I can easily assign tasks and keep tabs on progress. The preventive maintenance scheduling feature helps me stay ahead of issues while the inventory monitoring keeps everything organized. The reporting capabilities give me great insights into operations. What I love most is being able to manage everything remotely. It keeps my business running without a hitch no matter where I am.
Cons
The interface could use some minor tweaks here and there but honestly these are pretty small issues in the grand scheme of things.

This software really does what it promises with no complications or headaches. Even my older team members picked it up quickly with hardly any training needed. After trying several different programs, this one stands out as the most simple I've encountered.
Cons
The only real downside is the subscription tiers. I could really use some features from the higher-end plan but not enough to justify the price jump. Would be great if they let you pay for individual features instead.

Before this tool, we relied solely on emails and spreadsheets to track service and repair requests. The failure rate was incredibly high and our facilities team frequently missed or ignored requests entirely. Since implementing this system, we've completed over 97% of approved requests and staff satisfaction has skyrocketed.
Cons
I don't really have major complaints since the team has been great about fixing issues I've raised before. The only thing that bothers me is that I'm not taking advantage of the asset management, parts tracking or SOP features but thats more on me than the software.

I like how simple and efficient this tool is, especially the real-time response capabilities. Being able to track priorities and develop SOPs has really transformed our maintenance approach from reactive to proactive. We've seen our proactive-to-reactive ratio jump from 13% to 36%, which is nearly triple the BOMA industry average.
Cons
I wish there was a way to ask questions before approving requests. Sometimes I need more details first.

Working in a critical industry where uptime is everything, it has been a game-changer for reducing downtime and boosting our facility's reliability. The preventative maintenance features are solid and honestly, it costs way less than other solutions we looked at.
Cons
I really wish it had features for creating reports that compare the original asset purchase prices against maintenance and operational costs, would be perfect for LCA analysis.

It is so user-friendly. I appreciate how modern everything feels and whenever I run into any issues, my account manager goes above and beyond to help troubleshoot and find solutions.
Cons

The work order and work request features are so good. Coming from a paper-based system, we used to have jobs slip through the cracks and critical equipment would miss its preventive maintenance. That doesn't happen anymore.
Cons
Building complex parts into a single BOM is really frustrating since there's no direct way to do it, though I've managed to find some workarounds. Would also be great to have more user group options or the ability to create custom ones.
