Cons

One thing I've noticed is that some of the administrator functions are a bit harder to move through than I expected. I also feel the reporting area, especially when building reports, could be explained or organized more clearly. Another feature I'd appreciate is built-in digital check sheets so everything could stay inside the same system instead of using separate tools.

In my view, the app probably includes more features than we actually need, although the ones we depend on have been very useful when used properly. Calculating tool costs and tracking upcoming activities is easy in the system which makes daily work easier for me.
Cons
One thing I deal with regularly is updating the HMR/KM data every day. For me, that step seems necessary to make the preventive maintenance alerts work correctly. If I forget to update it, the information and alerts don't end up being as accurate as they should be.

I especially like that the order shows up in the portal right after I place it, so I can immediately see any updates. Cons
Something I struggle with is the limited screen view. The system doesn't show many orders at once which can slow me down. When I'm trying to compare several work orders or decide which ones should come first, I often wish the layout allowed a wider and more flexible view.

This app actually works exactly how I need it to which is a huge relief. In my experience, it's dependable and easy enough to use that staying on top of tasks doesn't feel like a burden.
Cons
Another limitation I've noticed is that once I create a task, editing it afterward is quite restricted. I can add notes but that isn't the same as being able to remove lines or add new ones inside the task itself and I feel that capability is missing.

This product offers almost everything we need to effectively manage our maintenance services, from preventive to scheduled and unscheduled tasks. It's incredibly easy for staff to submit requests.
Cons
The software lacks a good feature for inputting multiple temperature readings. While it's possible to input a reading for an asset, we have over 100 daily temperature reading requirements, and it would be burdensome to handle this in Maintenance Care.
