Pros
One of the best parts of this tool is how quickly I can submit, review and process work orders. The workflow feels smooth and I can get my tasks done without running into unnecessary steps or confusion.
Cons
One improvement I've appreciated is how easily I can assign work orders as a manager. My team can clearly see who is responsible for each task and that extra visibility has helped us coordinate much better and stay aligned.

Pros
This product handles almost everything I need for managing our services, from preventative tasks to scheduled jobs and even unexpected issues. I really like how easy it is for our team to submit requests which makes the whole process feel effortless.
Cons
For my work, handling multiple temperature readings is where the system feels limited. I can add a reading to an asset but since we deal with more than a hundred temperature checks every day, using the tool for all of them would take far too much time and wouldn't be practical for me.

Generating new work orders is not an issue anymore, and overall, it's easy to learn and use.
Cons
One improvement I would suggest is increasing the number of visible work orders at once. Currently, only 15 jobs are displayed, and scrolling is necessary. Additionally, it would be great if all "new" work orders, including older ones, appeared in the reports.

I can create new work orders really fast and the whole system feels easy to pick up and use. For me, it didn't take long to learn how everything works and carrying out daily tasks has been simple and smooth.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that I can't view enough work order lines at one time. I'm limited to seeing only 15 jobs on the screen before I have to keep scrolling which isn't very convenient. I'd also really like the reports to show all "new" work orders, including the older ones, instead of leaving some of them out.

The Preventative Maintenance features ensure that no equipment is overlooked during routine checks.
Cons
Personally, I'd like to see enhancements to the Inventory/Parts module. Our organization faced challenges aligning it with our vision of inventory tracking. Occasionally, an incorrect site is chosen due to our multiple sites. Unfortunately, the current functionality does not allow changing the site for a task, requiring the creation of a new replacement task.

Cons
It would be beneficial if the program allowed assigning due dates for work orders. Customizing the work order template, including adding a company logo and selecting which fields are printed, would also be nice.
