Great Program to get you started

Pros

The ease of use is remarkable. The program is intuitive, and even if you get lost, it's easy to teach yourself how to navigate the system.

Cons

I would appreciate the ability to include a feature in the details section that allows for a running list of daily readings for specific equipment throughout a month. This way, I can print it out at the end of the month instead of relying solely on individual work orders.

Nice but could be improved upon.

Pros

The software was smooth to setup , and updating the basic parameters was a easy process. Entering and creating PM work orders is also effortless.

Cons

There are areas that could be enhanced to assist smaller organizations in their growth, such as improved information inputting, tracking vital statistics related to facilities management, and creating an accounting portion or report that tracks time, average time, and cost of work orders on an individual, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This would be immensely helpful in demonstrating our expenses and time allocation for each of our programs.

Maintenance care recommendation

Pros

We have experienced helpful and responsive support whenever we needed assistance. Once the maintenance scheduling is established, it helps us stay on track and extend the lifespan of our equipment.

Cons

Integrating the software was incredibly easy, and it has an intuitive interface.

Cons

easy and user-friendly overall

Pros

Ease of use stands out here and even older employees on our team have been able to work with it comfortably like I have.

Cons

The only strange issue I've run into is that, for some reason, I can't use the letter "e" in certain situations. Aside from that odd problem, nothing else has really been a concern for me.

Pros

The layout is well organized which helps when I'm managing multiple requests and planning ahead with the forecasting layers available.

Cons

At times, I feel like there are quite a few options and pages inside the system. Because of that, I sometimes spend extra time clicking around before I find exactly what I'm looking for.

cleaner update but missing basics

Pros

The newer version looks much cleaner overall and the reporting provides great data from what I've seen in my work.

Cons

What really stands out to me are two important features that are still missing. First, I can't print all of the columns that I choose to display. I always need to see the vendor name and while I can manually add that column on screen, the moment I try to print, the system uses a fixed template that leaves out the exact information I need. On top of that, photos taken and uploaded through the app on iPhones are not visible or printable for everyone. In my experience, someone has to email those images separately and then we have to upload them manually to the work order which makes the whole process much more tedious than it should be.

perfect for maintenance efficiency

Pros

Work order management has become far more efficient since we started using it and I've noticed fewer missed maintenance tasks.

Cons

can't think of any real downsides so far. From my experience, it has been great and absolutely worth every penny.

Day-to-day use feels simple and hassle-free and creating detailed reports has been especially helpful for me.

Cons

One thing I'd still like is the ability to resize the fields when I'm typing in field names and descriptions. For me, that would make the experience a bit more flexible and comfortable.

perfect for fast issue tracking

Pros

Communicating issues and documenting solutions happens quickly through the system which helps me keep everything organized.

Cons

One thing I've run into is that I can't edit comments once a task has already been created. If I notice a typo or realize I made a mistake, I'd really like the option to go back and correct it.

useful for fast work orders

Pros

Having work orders digitized right from the start has made a big difference for my team because it helps us stay on top of every request that comes in without delays. I also really like getting notified the instant someone submits a work order, since it lets me respond quickly and keep things moving smoothly. From my experience, that immediacy has been awesome for handling items in a timely way.

Cons

From my perspective, one thing that could be better is the need for administrative permissions just to add or remove users who need access to view and complete work orders. I feel like that part could be more flexible and a lot easier to manage.

aligned our whole workflow

Pros

Before using this tool, our process relied on binders kept on every wing of the facility. I had to walk out to each area, look through the binder, bring the information back to the office and then decide what needed to be prioritized for the day. We were repeating that same routine several times daily and because of that, urgent issues could easily go unnoticed until the next day. With this software, I no longer have to deal with all of those extra steps and our entire workflow feels much more efficient and organized.

Cons

One thing I still feel is missing is better feedback for the person who submits a work order. Right now, they can see that a task has been completed but they do not really get updates on what was done along the way or whether the job is still in progress because it needs additional parts, a subcontractor, or something else before it can be finished. I think that kind of visibility would be a great addition because it would improve communication a lot between staff, management and everyone using the tool.

What I like most about this tool is how easy it is to use. The program feels simple from the start and even when I do get turned around, I can usually figure things out on my own without much trouble. To me, that makes the system much easier to work with day to day.

Cons

easy setup and work orders

Pros

Setting up the software felt very simple and updating the basic parameters along with creating PM work orders has been easy for me.

Cons

there are still some areas that could be improved, especially for smaller organizations that are trying to grow. I'd like to see better options for entering information and tracking important facilities management statistics. It would also help a lot if there were an accounting feature or at least a report that could track labor time, average completion time and the cost of work orders by individual job as well as on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. For me, that kind of reporting would make it much easier to show the real cost and time spent across each of our programs.

helpful support and strong scheduling

Pros

The support team has been quick to respond whenever help was needed which has made the experience smoother for me.

Cons

biggest downside is how much time it takes to enter all the equipment and build out the schedules.
