“team-friendly and simple to use”
Pros
The best part for me is how simple it feels to use. Bringing my team into the process is also really convenient and they can jump in to review things without any trouble. That makes everything feel a lot more collaborative and keeps things moving along nicely.
Cons
One small issue I've run into is with adding a second email address. It doesn't auto-populate in the email field the way I expect. There's a workaround, so it's not a huge problem but that part could definitely be improved.

“helpful support and great value”
Pros
it is great that how simple it is to work with every day. There's no need to deal with onsite servers and that has taken a lot off my plate and made things simpler for my team too. The pricing also feels very reasonable and the low monthly cost gives it even more value. On top of that, the support team has been excellent anytime I've needed help and they've always been responsive and useful.
Cons
There are still a few areas where I'd like to see more built out. Right now, I can't connect an asset between the task tab and the Cabinet tab and that would help a lot with tracking. It would also make more sense if work orders were tied directly to the asset so the full service history is all in one place. Another thing I've run into is that the live preventative maintenance tool sheets don't work quite the way I expected. A separate billing tab would also make the system feel more complete for me.

Pros
this tool was the clear and has front-line friendly layout. Our non-technical staff had no trouble logging equipment problems, so getting people to actually use it went a lot better than expected. Managing tickets has been pretty simple on my side and running reports has been quick and hassle-free too.
Cons
Most of the issues we dealt with seemed to come from how everything was set up on our end in the beginning, not really from the system itself. Better training during the initial rollout and setup would have made a big difference and likely saved us from some of those early headaches.

“pm reminders keep me on track”
Pros
being able to set up PMs and get reminders right when they're due is great. That makes it simple to check what still needs to be handled and what's already finished without digging around. It helps me stay organized and keeps everything moving the way it should.
Cons
The only minor issue on my end is that setting up some tasks takes a few extra steps. Aside from that, I honestly don't have much to complain about.

Pros
One of the best parts for me is being able to sort out priorities and hand tasks off to different employees without any trouble. The system feels very user-friendly and it has plenty of tools that make it really helpful for everyday work.
Cons
The vendor list hasn't meant much for me since we already keep that information somewhere else, so that part of the software doesn't get much use on my end.

Pros
The biggest win for me is how easy it is for our staff to submit work orders without jumping through a bunch of extra steps. We've also been able to move our work requests fully online and that has made everything feel a lot cleaner and more organized. Our Physical Services team can open work orders, make changes and close them out without much trouble which has really helped day-to-day tasks. Another thing that stands out is how well the system keeps track of each work order, so I feel confident the records are accurate. It's also helpful having inventory information stored in one spot instead of scattered around. When I'm not sure how something works, the manual has been useful for entering details and figuring out the different parts of the software.
Cons
Getting around the system can still feel a bit confusing sometimes, especially since I'm still learning where certain things are located. Navigation took a little getting used to but I think it'll feel more natural with more time in the program. The manual and customer support have helped and I expect it will all click better as I keep using it.

Pros
This tool has been really useful for keeping the team in the loop about what needs attention. It helps a lot with communication between people working different shifts, so important stuff does not get lost during handoffs. On top of that, it works well as a reminder system which makes it much easier for me to keep track of tasks and follow up on what still needs to be done.
Cons
To be honest, I have not run into any big problems with this program. The only thing I have noticed is that it can be a little intimidating for new employees at first while they are learning how everything works.

Having everything in one spot has been a big plus for me. The platform feels organized, simple to navigate and really helps my team handle daily tasks without as much hassle or stress.
Cons

One of the best parts for me is how well it helps me sort priorities, assign the right resources and watch progress as things happen. That has made a big difference in my work order process and I've been able to fix issues for end users a lot faster. Another thing that stands out is being able to use it on both my phone and the web, so getting into the system is really convenient.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is the cost and the fact that customization feels a bit limited. It would be a lot better if more features were included without needing to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

A big plus for me is that several people can be in the system at once without getting in each other's way. It also helps me pull up exactly what I need pretty quickly, whether I'm checking open or pending work orders or trying to track down something specific like a roof leak. Cons
main issue on my end is that work order ID numbers are not unique by client. Because of that, things can feel a little confusing at times and not quite as clear as I'd want.

Right from the beginning, this tool felt simple to get into. The scheduling setup was one of the first things that stood out and sorting or searching with different filters didn't take much effort either. Customer support and training were both really great which made getting everything up and running a lot less stressful. Another big plus for me was the mobile app since it's super convenient when I need to check things while I'm away from my desk.
Cons
biggest hassle was adding assets into the system, because that part didn't feel very simple. It was also a bit annoying that asset numbers had to be assigned by customer support instead of giving me a more direct way to do it myself.

Cons
main trouble for me has been the reporting side, since it is not very simple. Setting up a new schedule can also be more of a hassle than it needs to be. There is no quick way to copy an existing schedule into a new one and that would make things a lot faster. Templates are there but honestly they have not been very convenient to use, especially when I need to create several schedules at once.
