Pros
One thing that stands out to me is how well this tool keeps all of our work orders organized. It has taken a lot of hassle out of that part of my day and made the whole process much more manageable.
Cons
not a con but I've run into is that the main office is on the East Coast, so lining up meeting times can be a little awkward now and then. Even so, that's a pretty small issue for me.

this tool felt very natural and I never needed any kind of formal training to figure things out. I could jump in right away without wasting time and the fast status alerts help me keep track of tasks and stay updated on what's changing.
Cons
The main thing I'd want improved is the task dashboard. It would be better if it refreshed on its own whenever a new task comes in or a status gets updated. Right now, that missing step is the only thing that keeps it from feeling even more polished.

Pros
One of the best parts for me is how this software cuts down the disconnect between departments. It makes it really easy for the floor team to send mechanical equipment issues right to the tool department, so everyone gets the message fast and nothing gets lost.
Cons
Something I'd still want improved is the printing side. It would help a lot if there were more options for printing requests and reports, especially the ability to change the font size so hard copies are easier to read.

this software felt really easy to use. Getting around the tool doesn't take much effort and everything makes sense without a lot of trial and error. A big plus for me is being able to turn the data into charts and graphs which helps me understand things a lot better at a glance.
Cons
main thing missing for me is a way to remove a maintenance entry when I accidentally log the same activity twice. That's been a little frustrating. If the option is already there somewhere, I haven't come across it yet.

This tool has been a big help when it comes to keeping our team organized and making sure tenant needs stay front and center. It helps me stay on top of what needs attention and overall it makes handling priorities a lot more manageable so fewer things get missed.
Cons
reporting features still need some work. It can also be frustrating trying to find and look through older or archived requests when I need to pull up past details.

One thing that stands out about this tool is how quick and easy it is to add tasks without dealing with extra steps. Being the Executive Director, it really helps to have a clear view of what has been finished and what still needs follow-up. Maintenance Care is extremely intuitive which makes add or edit assets and manage inventory and service records a simple task.
Cons
It's a bit tedious having to re-enter the same field (facility) for each item added to the inventory, especially when all the items belong to the same company. It would be convenient to either remove the field entirely or have it automatically filled in for each item as a default.

Pros
Right from the start, this tool felt very simple to use. Adding new assets or making changes to existing ones takes very little effort. Keeping track of inventory and service history is also pretty easy and that saves me time and makes the whole job feel a lot more manageable day to day.
Cons
The main thing that slows me down is having to enter the same facility value every time I create a new inventory item. Since everything I add belongs to the same company, it would be much better if that field was removed or automatically set as the default on each new entry.

This program has been really helpful for keeping up with my daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities. The messaging part stands out the most for me. A lot of times, something could get missed but with this tool, anyone who spots a problem can reach out right away. That helps me stay organized, keep track of what needs attention and handle issues a lot faster.
Cons
A downside for me is printing, because the text comes out so tiny that it's hard to read without straining. I've also had trouble with certain items showing back up every month even when I don't want them to. Another thing is the added cost, since we would need tablets for other employees to use the software and that can get expensive pretty quickly.

One thing that stands out about this tool is the lower cost and that helps make up for some of the parts I do not really enjoy. The layout is fine and simple enough to get around and the main features work well enough for basic stuff.
Cons
reporting is the main issue. It really feels lacking and unless I already know what I am looking for and have a decent comfort level with computers, it is hard to use and not very friendly.
