all-in-one tool for team tasks

Pros

This tool covers just about everything I need, so I can handle most of my work in one place instead of jumping between different systems. It also does a really good job of keeping the team aligned and making sure everyone stays on top of the tasks that need to get done. That helps a lot with keeping daily operations organized and moving forward.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that if I enter something by mistake, there isn't a way to remove it afterward. Small mistakes happen during a normal workday, so not being able to delete them can get frustrating even when I try to be careful while entering information.

An integral part of our organization

Pros

As a small company, ease of use is crucial for us. With Maintenance Care, we can create, track, and close work orders, and everyone has access at any time. I can't imagine running our business without a tool like this.

Cons

simple and easy to use

Pros

this software felt very natural to use. It did not take long for me to figure things out and the layout and features all made sense in a practical way. Getting used to it was quick and there was no big learning curve to deal with.

Cons

So far, I really haven't run into many issues with this software. Nothing major has caused problems for me and honestly there's very little I can complain about based on how it has worked in my day-to-day use.

task tracking that just works

Pros

One thing that stands out to me is how simple this system feels for everyone using it. Keeping up with CQI has been very manageable and staying on top of tasks is pretty easy too. Staff and residents can both put in work orders without any confusion and that has made the whole process feel faster and more organized.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't experienced any real problems with the product. Everything has been running well for me and there isn't anything specific that I would point to as a complaint right now.

just what our team needed

Pros

Running a small business means we need tools that don't slow us down and this one has worked out really well for us. Creating, following up on and finishing work orders is easy and the whole team can get in whenever they need to. At this point, I really can't imagine managing our day-to-day work without something like this.

Cons

At the moment, we only use a small portion of the system. Even with that limited use, I haven't run into any problems and for what we currently need it for, I haven't noticed any real downsides.

reporting keeps everything on track

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is the reporting area. It's been super helpful for keeping up with everything, especially when I'm handling multiple locations at once. It keeps things organized and gives me a clear picture of what's happening across all of them.

Cons

From what I've seen, some users occasionally run into trouble when submitting requests. Every now and then a "404 page can't be displayed" message appears and when that happens it can definitely be frustrating.

Pros

I love how easily we can set up work orders and the accountability provided by the scheduling feature for tasks throughout the park.

Cons

My only minor concern is that I wish the screens and scheduler could have a cleaner appearance. It's not a major issue, though.

It allows us to move away from paper forms and provides field accessibility to information, making task assignment and reassignment effortless.

Cons

We have encountered a couple of glitches with certain fields that will hopefully be resolved, but they are not critical. Additionally, the software currently only offers one level of task prioritization. It would be advantageous to have multiple levels of priority.

2 Years In, still working for us.

Pros

I'm grateful for the capability to input maintenance tasks and set up automated email notifications to operators and maintenance technicians when tasks are approaching. The asset monitoring segment allows us to easily monitor the model and serial numbers, streamlining service requests for our equipment.

Cons

While the reporting feature is functional, it could benefit from more flexibility. Exporting data and manipulating it in Excel is possible, but having more selectable fields and grouping options within the software itself would be more convenient.

I'm impressed by how effortlessly I can navigate the system and stay updated on maintenance needs. It's great that the staff can submit requests directly to my mobile device. The program's simplicity in managing complex tasks is truly remarkable. I absolutely adore this product.

Cons

The only issue I've encountered is that the notifications on my mobile device somehow turned off. Now, I have to manually check my phone instead of receiving alerts when a new request is submitted. Although this could likely be easily resolved, I haven't reached out to Maintenance Care for assistance yet.

Maintenance is a great product!

Pros

The layout is excellent, and the app is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

The previous GUI setup made it extremely time-consuming to implement new features into MC on the development side. One suggestion is to make it mandatory to include comments and completion time for work orders.

clean request process

Pros

The interface feels clean and uncluttered when setting up requests which makes the whole process simple for me.

Cons

Something I'd really like is the ability to attach more dataset files to work requests. For my situation, being able to include extra files would make the feature much more useful and feel more complete.
