Using the tool was easy from the beginning and the detailed reporting gives me a clear view of everything I need.
Cons
For me, the main thing missing is more flexible pricing. I'd prefer being able to select only the features I actually use and pay accordingly, because that would make the overall cost feel more reasonable.

Pros
Switching away from paper forms has made daily work much easier for me, especially when I can access information while I'm out in the field.
Cons
There have been a couple of minor issues with certain fields but nothing that has seriously disrupted my work. One improvement I'd really appreciate is having multiple task priority levels, since right now there's only one option and more levels would help me organize tasks better.

Sending out work requests through the system has been effective in my experience and the setup feels easy to handle.
Cons
One area that could definitely be improved is report creation. It works and gets the job done but putting reports together could be simpler and require less effort.

Cons
My only real complaint is the lack of a drag-and-drop calendar feature. Having that option would make setting up schedules or adjusting them much easier for me.

Pros
Setting up tasks and schedules is quick and keeping asset details like model and serial numbers in one place saves time for me during service calls.
Cons
What I'd most like to see improved is the reporting side of things. Exporting everything to Excel works for now, so I can still manage but it would be much better if the platform offered more field choices and stronger grouping options directly inside the system.

Staying updated on requests is easy because the system sends them directly to my phone which makes things very convenient for me.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is with the mobile alerts, because they somehow turned off on my device. Because of that, I've had to keep checking my phone manually instead of getting notified right away whenever a new request is submitted. It does seem like something that could probably be fixed without too much trouble but I haven't reached out for support about it yet.

The layout is organized well and navigating through the app feels smooth for me.
Cons
From what I understand, before the current GUI was set up, adding new features to MC on the development side used to take a very long time. I also feel that for work orders, it should be required to enter comments explaining what was done along with how much time it took to finish the job.

really can't think of any downsides. In my experience, it works perfectly for our organization with more than 20 sites and around 30 buildings and I feel like it would perform just as well for a much smaller setup with only one building too.

Cons
the program can do a lot and there are helpful resources built in along with excellent support whenever I need assistance. The only thing I'd really like to see is more webinars, since everyone learns in different ways and having more training options would be useful.

it is really useful for keeping track of work orders and invoices and it also makes inventory and asset management much easier to handle. From my experience, everything feels more organized when I use it which saves me time and helps me stay on top of daily tasks.
Cons
not a con but certain fields can't be edited, so I have to stick with the assigned ones even when they don't fully match what I need. That part can feel a bit limiting at times.

What I like most is how flexible this program is. It gives me quick and easy access to specific machinery and I can also pull up the records connected to that equipment without any hassle. From my experience, it makes finding the right information much simpler and helps me stay organized when managing equipment details.
Cons
One limitation I've run into is that I can't transfer a task from one facility to another after the task has already been created. For me, that makes things a bit less convenient when plans change or when a task needs to be reassigned between locations.
