“great for scheduling and tracking”
Pros
What I really like about this tool is how well the scheduling and tracking features work for handling tasks and managing personnel. I've found it really helpful for staying organized and keeping a clear view of who is doing what and when.
Cons
Something I've noticed is that I can't assign more than one person to the same task or job. In situations where multiple people need to work on something together, that limitation makes things a bit difficult for me.

“confusing reports and photo issues”
Pros
I do like that it lets me keep track of our work orders digitally which is definitely more convenient than handling everything manually.
Cons
Uploading photos from an iPhone has been a problem in my case. When I add pictures through my phone, my coworkers often can't view them unless they switch to a computer which makes sharing inconvenient. I've also struggled with the reporting area because it can be confusing and I find it hard to clearly see the date in the layout when reports are generated.

“simple and easy to use platform”
Pros
this tool doesn't feel overly complicated the way a lot of other systems do. I find the homepage clean, easy and really easy to move around in without wasting time. The asset tracking is especially useful for me and being able to include photos makes it even better. I also think the work order creation page is a strong feature because it helps operators clearly report deficiencies in a practical way.
Cons
One improvement I'd really like to see is the ability to add barcode or sticker options for spare parts, since assets already have that feature. I think that would make an already strong WMS even better. The reporting page could also use a refresh because, in my experience, it would be easier to work with if it were redesigned a bit.

“everything in one place”
Pros
What I like most is that nearly all the information I need about my facility is available in one place which makes it much easier for me to stay organized and find what I need quickly.
Cons
What gets frustrating for me sometimes is receiving multiple emails about the exact same issue at the same time. Those repeated notifications can feel unnecessary and a little overwhelming.

Pros
For our department, I've found that handling work orders in this tool is a lot easier than trying to manage everything on paper. Using it has definitely made the process feel more easy and less messy for me.
Cons
The reporting side is where I struggle the most. I find the reports difficult to work with and they don't always give me the full picture because some important fields can't be added. For example, not being able to include labor costs makes the reports less useful for the way I need to analyze things.

“perfect value with steady updates”
Pros
Regular feature updates keep the tool improving over time and tracking scheduled work has become much simpler for me compared to the way we handled it before.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is when trying to use it as an IT help desk tool. I had hoped it would handle IT asset management better but that part of the platform feels a bit limited compared to what I expected.

Keeping track of tasks is easy and reviewing previously completed jobs whenever needed works well for me.
Cons
Something I'd still like is the ability to search for tickets older than 30 days directly from the mobile app. Right now I have to adjust settings first and being able to do it instantly would save me time.

The latest version has a cleaner look, and the reports provide valuable information. However, there is room for improvement in terms of readability and presentation.
Cons
The two most impactful missing features are: 1) the ability to print all the displayed columns, including vendor information, without having to manually open and display them; and 2) the unavailability of pictures taken and uploaded through the app for everyone to view or print. Currently, someone has to manually send them via email, and we have to upload them manually to the work order.

Our previous system involved physical binders in each wing of our facility. We had to walk back and forth, checking the binders, bringing the information to our office, and prioritizing tasks. This tedious process was repeated multiple times a day, and urgent matters could be delayed. MaintenanceCare eliminated these steps and streamlined our entire workflow.
Cons
There is a lack of feedback provided to the person who submits a work order. They receive notification of task completion, but nothing about the steps taken or pending completion, such as requiring additional parts or subcontractors. Having this feature would greatly improve communication between staff, management, and maintenance personnel.
