“Budget-friendly”
Pros
I've found this CMMS incredibly user-friendly and the pricing is great, there's even a free version if you want to try it out. The interface is clean and user-friendly. What really stands out is how simple it is to create, execute and maintain work orders. It also offers clear graphical reports and includes everything I need in a full CMMS to help me manage and organize my maintenance tasks.

At first it felt a little confusing because of so many settings to handle but once I finished filling the entire database, I found it really simple.

Pros
I'm impressed by how user-friendly the software is. It offers a simple equipment-tree layout, keeps a log of every task performed on equipment and creates different reports on equipment performance. The technical team is dependable, regularly updates system, does follow-up visits, handles my concerns and provides feedback.
Cons
We found that the software didn't cater to our need to merge work orders specifically for time-bound equipment maintenance tasks. The solution the developers provided failed to simplify that workflow for us. Nevertheless, we still have confidence that this requirement will be implemented in the future.

This software helps track everything about our machines including their full histories, the costs involved, any breakdowns and it makes it much easier to keep up with regular preventive maintenance.
Cons
I think the program's interface needs improvement and I would like it to offer options to control the print size.

Pros
What I really appreciate is being able to add photos to each registered piece of equipment which makes it so much easier for me to find items that were serviced and I can also attach multiple documents to the equipment.
Cons
I'm annoyed that access is tied to a limited number of passwords. For a platform used by many users across different groups, access ought to be unrestricted. I also expect training to be part of the annual fee.

There are several areas that I think could be improved and I've already shared my suggestions. For example, I can't link the same article to multiple objects at once so I have to associate it with each object individually which is quite time-consuming.

I'm pleased that customer support is readily available and I've found the interface very user-friendly for people at all levels. Because it runs online I can use it on tablets, phones and laptops. The way information is organized is clear and user-friendly, making the software simple to work with. I appreciate the tidy layout, useful filter options, color-coded work orders to keep tasks on schedule and the ability to generate maintenance KPI reports.
Cons
My main frustrations are that report layouts can only be changed with Navaltik's help and I noticed that when someone logs an observation in the Observations tab, no alert is sent to notify other users. Also, I'm unable to limit certain users' access to specific areas of the structure which is a significant restriction for our security needs.
