What really stands out is how simple it is to create, execute and maintain work orders. It also offers clear graphical reports and includes everything I need in a full CMMS to help me manage and organize my maintenance tasks.

The technical team is dependable, regularly updates system, does follow-up visits, handles my concerns and provides feedback.

We found that the software didn't cater to our need to merge work orders specifically for time-bound equipment maintenance tasks. The solution the developers provided failed to simplify that workflow for us. Nevertheless, we still have confidence that this requirement will be implemented in the future.
