Pros

This is a very user-friendly tool that fits almost every maintenance management task. It's easy to install, simple to organize tasks with and it offers on-demand reports and evaluations.

What I appreciate is that the system is really easy to use and its analytical capabilities are quite powerful. I can create customized indicators for any piece of equipment, installation costs were low and the company provided experienced experts and consultants who delivered very effective training. They also recently rolled out a web-based version where operators and technicians can input data from tablets and get a highly useful executive summary showing the maintenance status across the entire company.
