What I like most about this tool is how simple it feels for me to enter Work Orders and move them through the process. From my experience the workflow is easy and I can get things submitted without dealing with unnecessary steps or confusion. That has made my day-to-day tasks a lot more manageable.
Cons
One thing that has been a bit frustrating for me is the lag when I open Work Orders for editing. While the overall process works well once I am in, I do notice that the wait time to load an order for changes can slow me down more than I would like.
