“great for maintenance tracking
Pros
this tool is really useful for handling work orders, keeping inventory organized and staying on top of preventive maintenance. From my experience it covers the core maintenance tasks well and gives me a reliable way to manage day-to-day operations.
Cons
What has been frustrating on my side is that our IT department originally built the infrastructure without any input from those of us who actually use the system in the maintenance department. Since IT is now outsourced and no one on site really understands how to reprogram the system, I'm stuck when it comes to updating or modernizing the program to match changes in the building.

“helpful dashboard and menus
Pros
Feature I really like is menu-driven setup and I really like having the dashboard because it gives me a clear overall view at a glance.
Cons
I'm not able to search using two criteria at the same time, like site and originator and that does feel limiting.

great tool..... I can find my way around without any confusion and everything seems to be organized in a way that makes sense to me. From my experience the layout is easy and simple to navigate which makes using the software feel convenient and hassle-free.
Cons
One thing that has been a bit annoying for me is that it opens a new tab almost every time I click and that starts to feel unnecessary after a while. I'd also really like to see push notifications added, because I think that would make the overall experience much more useful and keep me updated without having to check manually.

“flexible and easy to use
Pros
this tool is great and it is perfect to me that how flexible it feels in day-to-day use and I've found it very simple to work with. In my experience it adapts well to different situations which makes it a strong fit for the way we operate.
Cons
I'd still like to see faster rollout of improvements and updates. I also feel the product could become even more valuable if it offered more ways to tailor it to our specific needs and use cases.

“detailed tagging that really helps

it is perfect how level of detail it gives me when tagging equipment and pinpointing the exact location of issues. I can be very specific which helps me understand exactly where problems are happening without any confusion. That kind of visibility has been really useful in day-to-day use.
Cons
One thing that stands out to me is that the interface feels a bit tough at times. I can still use it but it doesn't always feel as polished as it could. From my perspective, a few visual improvements could make a difference especially around hover states and the way tooltips appear when moving over items.

“quick work order submissions
Pros
I can submit a work order without much effort and since we do that pretty frequently, that part of the system has been really convenient for me.
Cons
What I do struggle with is locating the work orders I've already submitted for my specific location. Because our agency manages multiple locations, I find it hard to track down the exact ones I need.

this is a really comprehensive platform for managing our facility overall. What I like most is how much it can be customized which has allowed us to make it our one central place for just about everything, including construction, maintenance, housekeeping and special building or property-related needs.
Cons
I've noticed that from time to time it can lock up or freeze and that seems to depend on the computer it's being used on.

very simple it is for me to use in day-to-day work. I can get things done without wasting time figuring out complicated steps and the instant reports help me track what I need right away. On top of that, I've had a really positive experience with the customer service team, because they've been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
Honestly I don't really have any negative comments to share. It has been meeting all of my daily tracking requirements as well as my reporting needs so from my experience, there hasn't been anything significant to complain about.

“work orders on the go
Pros
I like that this gives our maintenance team a way to receive work orders as soon as they come in, even when they are away from a computer. From my experience it also helps me keep up with the crew's labor and time much better especially when everything is entered and completed the right way.
Cons
In our case some tenants still prefer to call instead of logging in and submitting a work order themselves. I'm not completely sure whether they find the system too difficult to use or if picking up the phone just feels more convenient for them.

this tool does a great job of managing work orders efficiently and that has been one of the main reasons it's been useful for me.
Cons
the way selections are translated from the user side can sometimes create issues with how things appear on this tool's end. I've also noticed there are some agency-specific details that really don't have a proper place in the online forum which can make certain situations harder to handle.

“password resets and team visibility
Pros
As the admin for NF at our facility, I really appreciate how simple it is for me to update passwords when needed. What stands out to me even more is being able to view my own NF along with the other team members' accounts at a glance which helps me stay organized and aware of everything going on. I also really like that I can talk through problems directly inside the ticket since it keeps the conversation in one place and makes follow-up much more convenient for me.
Cons
have not run into any problems with it so far and at this point I do not have any complaints about it at all.

it is great that how simple it is to use. It has made training our maintenance team, along with the regular staff who send in work requests, much more manageable on our end. Whenever I come across something I'm unsure about, I know support is only a quick phone call away which has been really reassuring.
Cons
The most challenging part for me in getting this tool set up the way we needed was the chargeback side of things. We bill costs back to different departments and needed a cost centre tied in as part of that process. In our case, I've been using the "class" field for that purpose and so far it has worked reasonably well.

“great for work orders and audit tracking
Pros
What I really appreciate about this tool is how quickly I can respond when something at my site needs immediate attention. Once I log in, I can submit a work order right away and all the necessary details are included there so I do not have to chase down extra information or do additional follow-up to get the issue handled. Another thing I value is that every completed job at my site is tracked and stored in a way that is very accessible. If I ever need to show an auditor that the work was actually performed, I can find that documentation without any hassle which gives me a lot of confidence in the system.
Cons
I do not have any real complaints about this software. From my experience it has been very easy to use and has not created any frustration for me.

it is great that is how quickly it connects with the main department that handles our issues and repairs. From my experience communication happens fast and that really helps us get things addressed without unnecessary waiting.
Cons
there are quite a few interfaces and I'd personally rather have things kept simpler. For me a more aligned setup would make the overall experience feel less busy and easier to navigate.

this app helps in day-to-day work. I find it very user-friendly and the preventive maintenance features have been especially impressive for our team. From my experience so far, the software has made things much more manageable and has been a valuable tool to use.
Cons
have not found anything negative to mention since I am still fairly new to the software. We did run into a small issue while setting up inventory but I called the help desk and they walked me through everything step by step so it was resolved without much trouble.

Cons
