“clean layout and easy flow
Pros
The software feels very easy to me and I appreciate how clearly everything is organized so I can move through the system without distraction or confusion.
Cons
I've been very happy with everything this software offers and I really don't have any complaints to mention. In my use so far, nothing has stood out as a problem or frustration.

Pros
Working through the system has been simple for me and I value the alerts that remind me whenever I leave something incomplete.
Cons
At times, I do have a little trouble locating older work orders especially when I need to go back and find something quickly.

Pros
When I make full use of its features, I find the platform becomes one of the most valuable tools in my workflow.
Cons
One thing I've noticed though, is that some features are not very easy to reach. At times, I have to spend extra effort finding or accessing certain functions which can be a bit frustrating.

The layout feels simple to me and the dashboard gives me a clear overview so I can quickly find the information I need.

Pros
Multiple users can work simultaneously in the program and I appreciate how each setup can be personalized for different departments.
Cons
Adding PMs into the system feels a little confusing on my end and I've noticed there are more steps involved than I'd like. Because of that, the process can take longer than expected and doesn't feel as easy as it should.

Pros
Daily use feels very user-friendly to me and I've consistently had a positive experience with the helpful customer support team.
Cons
moving from one screen to another can take longer than I'd like. I also feel the software would work better for me if the data were stored locally instead of relying so heavily on the current setup.

Both the user and vendor portals feel easy for me to navigate and I find their simple layout makes everyday tasks much more comfortable.
Cons
What I've found a bit frustrating is the limited ability to customize certain sections specifically for our needs. On top of that, I've also run into some issues in the inventory module especially around requesting and receiving items which has been a drawback for me.

Pros
creating work orders in this tool is very easy and the layout feels simple from the start. Even when I first began using it, I was able to move through the program without much confusion which made the whole experience feel user-friendly and approachable.
Cons
reporting side of the software needs to be fixed. I really wish there were more ways to customize reports based on what I actually need. While the available options are great, there are times when they don't quite match what I'm looking for and that can make the system feel a bit limiting.

Pros
this software has really helped us stay organized and keep better track of our operations. From work orders to staff management to coordinating contractors, I'm able to see everything more clearly and manage it all in one place which has made a real difference for our team.
Cons
Honestly my only regret is that we didn't start using it sooner. That's not a problem with the software itself but looking back, I feel like we could have benefited from it much earlier.

What I like most is how user-friendly the software feels. I can generate and assign work orders very quickly and the whole process is easy enough that I never feel slowed down while using it.
Cons
From my perspective, several reports and screen displays could be improved because I often have to gather information from multiple places instead of finding everything in one report.

it is very easy to use and manage on a day-to-day basis. Adding new items is also really simple for me which makes the whole process feel much more convenient.
Cons
Keeping track of the audit trail across the rest of the staff has been challenging for me and I would also prefer if email communication were integrated directly into the system.

it is great that I can use it right from my phone which helps me stay on top of new work orders while I'm out in the field. For me having mobile access makes it much more convenient to receive updates without needing to be back at a desk.
Cons
I've found several issues where the system logs me out and then won't allow me to log back in for hours which makes it difficult for me to continue working.

Having all types of requests stored in one place makes things much more convenient for me because I don't have to switch between different sections to locate information.
Cons
