“Tony Gravett has done an outstanding job with on-going support of our site needs.
Pros
The system is Simple for all site users, making training new staff easy. Its tracking and report generation capabilities are excellent.
Cons
Currently, there's nothing I'm dissatisfied with - more customized report options would be nice, but overall, the choices are adequate.

NetFacilities is incredibly intuitive and offers several essential features that streamline our company's maintenance processes. It has eliminated our reliance on a pen-and-paper system, providing a detailed overview of operations that helps us track expenses and maintenance times more effectively. Customization options per user allow us to establish usage hierarchies. The customer support is exceptional, with proactive responses from the CEO addressing our concerns. The system continually evolves with new features, enhancing its functionality.
Cons
While the mobile application is functional and intuitive, it can be slow to load at times. The lack of offline functionality is a minor concern; however, I've been informed it's in development and coming soon.

“Great Facilities Management Software for a fair price
Pros
The software's intuitiveness is matched by excellent customer support. It has grown with our business, continually improving its UI and features.
Cons
We haven't faced any significant issues with NetFacilities. My main concern is coordinating software usage among internal team members, especially in tracking PMs on assets where opinions may differ.

“user-friendly tracking and reporting
Pros
The system feels very user-friendly to me and I find that training new users is quick while the tracking and reporting tools support my daily tasks effectively.
Cons
don't have anything I'm unhappy with. From my experience the reporting options are already great overall although I would still like to see a few more customized report choices added in the future.

“fantastic support and smart tracking
Pros
it is really simple to use and it comes with several important features that have helped us manage our company's maintenance processes much better. Instead of relying on a pen-and-paper system, we're now able to organize work orders much more efficiently which has made a noticeable difference in day-to-day operations. From my experience the platform gives us a far more detailed view of everything going on so we can track company expenses and maintenance turnaround times with a lot more accuracy. What I also like is the full set of customization options available for each user since that lets us create clear hierarchies and control how different people use the system. On top of that, I've been very impressed with the customer support and it's honestly rare to see a CEO personally step in to address concerns. As I continue using it, I can also see that the system keeps evolving, with new and useful features being added regularly to expand what it can do.
Cons
I think the mobile app is functional and still fairly simple but at times I've noticed that it can be a little slow when loading. For me that hasn't been a major issue but it is something worth mentioning. At the moment, there's also no offline functionality although I've been told that feature is already in development and should be available soon.

What I've really liked about this tool is how simple the software feels in day-to-day use and I've also had a very positive experience with the customer support team. From my perspective, the platform has grown right alongside our business and over time I've seen both the interface and the feature set continue to evolve in useful ways.
Cons
haven't run into any major issues with this tool. If I had to point out one frustration, it would be around sharing the software across our internal team since we don't always see eye to eye on the best way to track PMs on assets.

Evaluating cost versus features, the user interface for submitting work orders is Simple and clear. We keep discovering new useful features as the software evolves post-upgrade. The system's web-based nature means no software management headaches, and it offers flexible user permissions and easy setup control. Customer service promptly addresses any issues.
Cons
The menu interface feels a bit clunky, and it can take time to locate infrequently used menus. Adding items to menus mid-task can disrupt workflow, although some menus now feature add buttons. The help menu could be more user-friendly, though it's gradually improving for those hesitant to call support.

“promising mobile workflow potential
Pros
it aligns our workflow straight from a phone. The team is genuinely excited about using a digital app and from what I've seen, they're already hoping it can do even more. They'd love to have additional features built in because, ideally, they don't want to keep going back to a computer for certain tasks. I'm not completely sure how realistic that expectation is but I definitely understand why they want it. Another thing I'd personally really value is an offline mode that can later sync only the new records. That would make a big difference for us especially since the crew sometimes works in areas where cell coverage is unreliable.
Cons
What has made this frustrating for me is the number of glitches we've run into. Since we depend on work orders for invoicing, it's been hard to build out a complete process with confidence. A lot of the experience has felt like taking two steps forward and then one step back which gets discouraging after a while. It's also tough for me to keep the staff motivated when nearly every stage seems to require some kind of troubleshooting before we can move on. Because the rollout has taken so long and we've had to spend so much time vetting the software before going live, I ended up rating the value for money lower than I wanted to.

“web-based value with responsive support
Pros
i really like the balance between cost and features. I've found the work order submission screen very simple and self-explanatory so getting people started hasn't been a struggle. Even after using it for a while, I'm still coming across features that end up being genuinely useful for our team. From my experience the company has been very responsive whenever I've had questions and since the last major software upgrade, the features have continued to evolve in ways that make the system more practical. I've run into very few dead ends where something couldn't be done and when I've reported those issues, they seem to get addressed over time. Another big plus for me is that it's fully web-based so there's no software for me to maintain internally. We also don't have to worry about user limits, permission changes are simple to manage and I like that we control most of the setup ourselves instead of sending things off and waiting for formatting. On top of that, customer service has been consistently helpful.
Cons
The menu layout sometimes feels clunky and remembering where certain rarely used options are located can take me a while.

What stood out to me most was how open the team has been to feedback and how willing they are to roll out updates and changes that actually match what customers need. I've been really impressed by how attentive they are to our requests and that level of responsiveness has made a big difference in my experience. Because of that, I've already recommended the service to others and would gladly continue doing so.
Cons
The app still doesn't allow copying additional people on new work orders which is a limitation I notice during my work.
