Whenever I've raised a query, I've found the customer support team responds right away and stays on it until the issue is fully resolved. The interface is also very well designed and I find it simple to use without complications, snags, or system hangs.
Cons
There was just one issue earlier when entering the date for closing a ticket, the month pop-up was missing but that has been fixed now. Another minor problem was the vendor registration process, where we had to email the support team with all the details. The format has since been changed and it's now much more useful for getting a quicker response on registrations.

Pros
It feels like it was built around customer requirements. We've been using it for more than two years now and I've found the support team excellent, paying attention to even the smallest requests. Vijay and the team are doing a really good job.
Cons
At times it does run a bit slow and the map can take longer than expected to load.
