Additionally, the in-app live support with real humans enables our analysts and developers to swiftly and efficiently resolve issues, significantly enhancing our productivity.

Cons

There's really nothing about Sigma that I don't like. However, I would suggest enhancing the controls for formatting static reports. To truly be the comprehensive solution, it should offer top-quality PDF and XLSX exporting capabilities. While these features exist and work well, there's room for improvement in terms of export quality, particularly regarding margins and potential element cut-offs due to sizing issues.

Sigma is a Game Changer - Ease of Use, Great Analytics Tool
Pros

Sigma has revolutionized operations at Florida Cancer Specialist. While our organization heavily relied on Excel for analysis, the comfort and quick data manipulation it provided made transitioning difficult. Since introducing Sigma in early 2024, however, it has been a game changer. There's a strong preference for all reports to be on Sigma due to its intuitive ease of use. Currently, we use PowerBI for dashboards and reports, but it was limiting in terms of data accessibility and speed. With Sigma, we can quickly publish extensive data sets and benefit from impressive visualizations. In less than six months, Sigma has fundamentally shifted how our organization interacts with data, and the demand for it continues to grow. Beyond its user-friendly nature and robust data capabilities, the exceptional support from Sigma sets it apart as a top-notch BI tool.

Cons

I regret not adopting Sigma earlier.

Cons

The loading time for certain files is somewhat prolonged. When entering values in the filter section, Sigma processes them, and switching between different values can lead to delays in loading.

Sigma was among the first BI platforms to adopt a spreadsheet and formula approach, which enhances accessibility for non-technical users. While other tools like Hex and Omni now offer similar functionality, Sigma's unique features stand out.

Cons

Issues with data governance arise when opting to write SQL code instead of using Sigma's built-in functions. The data lineage breaks down completely in such cases. Troubleshooting and maintaining dashboards can be challenging as errors are not easily surfaced across workbooks, requiring manual checking of each page for issues.
