Pros
The inventory tracking, purchase orders and work order features are really helpful and pretty easy to handle.
Cons
The "List of Parts" feature is frustrating since I can only add one of each part which makes creating Bills of Materials or maintenance lists with duplicate items really challenging. I can't access purchase orders through the mobile app which is inconvenient when I'm away from my desk. The free version is pretty restrictive and we ended up having multiple people share one account just so they could handle basic tasks like editing work orders.

Pros
Really appreciate how organized everything is across all task levels. Configures perfectly with my workflow and helps me stay on track with daily tasks, even during hectic periods!
Cons
One thing that bugs me is how buggy it is to add or select photos. I really want to show before and after shots of my work but the photo process is just too complex.

Pros
The check-in and check-out feature for each service really helps me track how long projects take which makes pricing future similar services much more accurate.
Cons
The interface definitely needs some work. I'd really like to see a calendar view in the mobile app where you can drag and drop scheduled services between days.

Pros
Tracking work progress is simple and sending notes to whoever created the ticket happens with ease. The printable format really helps when I need to send requests to finance for cost justification.
Cons
Users can't easily tell if someone already submitted a ticket for an issue so we end up with duplicate tickets for the same problem.

Quite user-friendly. It lets us respond to issues much faster and has definitely boosted our efficiency when handling repairs across all six of our buildings.
Cons
Finding specific work orders can be hard since the filtering and sorting options aren't very user-friendly. When someone creates a work order with an unusual or incorrect title, tracking it down becomes even more challenging.

Pros
I really appreciate how everything is centralized. Having instructions and records together in one spot makes my workflow so much smoother. Assigning tasks to the right team members is simple and tracking progress feels effortless. What really impressed me was being able to drill down to individual parts tracking especially considering how affordable this solution is.
Cons
Feels pretty complicated at times and getting everything set up to actually use all the features took longer than I expected. Still, once you get through that initial setup phase, it's definitely worth the effort.

I can easily add updates to work orders whenever needed. The recurring work order feature has been a game-changer for our operations. Since we manage multiple locations, being able to specify exactly which site needs attention, even down to the specific room, is incredibly useful for our team.
Cons
The only thing I'd like to see improved is being able to forward updates to any email addresses.

It lets me view all my upcoming scheduled tasks in one place. Having that complete overview of what's on my plate really helps me stay organized.
Cons
The timing feature doesn't kick in automatically when I begin a new project which is frustrating. There's also some inconsistency between the mobile app and desktop version that creates confusion. When I try to use split screen mode on my computer, the interface gets cut off and I lose visibility of important elements. Plus, I can't see my colleagues' status or activity when working in split screen view.

We can store all our equipment details in one centralized database which makes maintenance tracking much more organized. What I really appreciate is being able to access everything through my browser or the mobile app. This means I can update information right when I'm standing next to the equipment. The scheduled maintenance feature with automatic reminders has been a game-changer for ensuring we don't miss critical tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
Cons
Only problem we've faceed is when updating user details. It sometimes freezes accounts though support was quick to help fix it.

Convenient to use and works well whether you're an admin or just submitting requests.
Cons
The work order page gets confusing sometimes. You have to use filters to tell reactive and preventative requests apart which isn't terrible but it would be way easier if they just had separate tabs for preventative work orders and service tickets.

The app doesn't let requesters pick their department upfront so I end up seeing every single work order from grounds, maintenance, you name it. Would be much better if I could just focus on what's actually relevant to me instead of sorting through everything.
