Pros

Can easily receive, review and assign new tickets right from the app which makes managing my workflow much more efficient.

Cons

My team refuses to actually close out their tickets which is honestly pretty frustrating.

Friendly layout

Pros

The interface is friendly and makes everything simple. I appreciate how user-friendly it is overall.

I appreciate being able to delegate tasks and work orders directly to vendors.

Cons

Sometimes vendor emails don't populate properly into PM triggers which can be frustrating when your trying to automate workflows.

Pros

Nonexistent learning curve

Pros

Setting it up was so simple. I had everything running in no time and the learning curve is nonexistent.

reminders for preventative maintenance

Pros

I really appreciate how it automatically reminds me when preventative maintenance is due. Keeps me on top of everything without having to track it manually.

Cons

I don't really have major complaints about this platform. Would be nice if there was a mobile app available though maybe one exists and I just haven't found it yet.

can set up schedule for the whole year

Pros

I can set up maintenance schedules for the whole year ahead of time which really helps with planning. The filtering system makes it simple to find specific job orders whether they're done or still waiting. Having a dedicated section for vendor information keeps everything organized in one place.

Cons

The asset search functionality can be pretty confusing when your trying to locate specific items.

Pros

Being able to set up recurring tasks and attach photos to them is a plus. The ability to assign tasks to different departments and customize everything based on what each task requires has been helpful for keeping our workflow organized.

Cons

Adding more users gets pricey but the value is still there for what you get.

annoying sales pitches

Pros

The level of detail is impressive and I really appreciate how the reminder system keeps me on track.

Cons

The constant sales pitches get really annoying. I'm getting calls and emails at least weekly trying to get me to upgrade my account which feels excessive.

easy sorting tasks

Pros

Organizes both one-off maintenance requests and recurring tasks very well. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Sorting tasks by location and equipment type is simple.

Cons

The amount of detail this program offers can actually feel overwhelming at times. There's definitely a learning curve for newcomers which has made it challenging to get everyone in the company fully on board. This issue can be handled by having a dedicated administrator who stays involved with maintaining the system.

Visibility like we never had before

Pros

When we discovered this platform it was like finding a lifesaver. Our maintenance scheduling for automatic dispensers was mostly manual relying on emails, calls and text messages or some combination of the three. We had a previous tool but it basically functioned the same as those manual methods. This software gave us visibility we never had, detailed reports, valuable insights, preventative maintenance scheduling, customer order signing capabilities, asset tracking, parts inventory management and so much more! I'd recommend it to anyone facing similar challenges.

Cons

The mapping feature started off really solid but recent updates have made it less reliable. Now when I try to pinpoint specific locations, it just gives me a general area based on the municipality instead of the exact spot. The accuracy definitely needs work.

Calendar gives view of all tasks

Pros

I appreciate how the calendar gives me a clear view of all the preventive maintenance tasks for the month. Being able to update the status like marking something as in progress or adding notes about the work is so useful for keeping track of everything.

Cons

I'm having trouble setting up a filter to view just the preventive maintenance for one specific packing house. It might be doable but I haven't figured out how yet, definitely need to dig deeper into this. On the plus side, this tool can handle all the same info we currently track on paper so we could potentially go completely paperless and simplify our whole process.
