Can easily receive, review and assign new tickets right from the app which makes managing my workflow much more efficient.
Cons
My team refuses to actually close out their tickets which is honestly pretty frustrating.

I really appreciate how it automatically reminds me when preventative maintenance is due. Keeps me on top of everything without having to track it manually.
Cons

Being able to set up recurring tasks and attach photos to them is a plus. The ability to assign tasks to different departments and customize everything based on what each task requires has been helpful for keeping our workflow organized.

Cons
The amount of detail this program offers can actually feel overwhelming at times. There's definitely a learning curve for newcomers which has made it challenging to get everyone in the company fully on board. This issue can be handled by having a dedicated administrator who stays involved with maintaining the system.

When we discovered this platform it was like finding a lifesaver. Our maintenance scheduling for automatic dispensers was mostly manual relying on emails, calls and text messages or some combination of the three. We had a previous tool but it basically functioned the same as those manual methods. This software gave us visibility we never had, detailed reports, valuable insights, preventative maintenance scheduling, customer order signing capabilities, asset tracking, parts inventory management and so much more! I'd recommend it to anyone facing similar challenges.
Cons
The mapping feature started off really solid but recent updates have made it less reliable. Now when I try to pinpoint specific locations, it just gives me a general area based on the municipality instead of the exact spot. The accuracy definitely needs work.

I appreciate how the calendar gives me a clear view of all the preventive maintenance tasks for the month. Being able to update the status like marking something as in progress or adding notes about the work is so useful for keeping track of everything.
Cons
I'm having trouble setting up a filter to view just the preventive maintenance for one specific packing house. It might be doable but I haven't figured out how yet, definitely need to dig deeper into this. On the plus side, this tool can handle all the same info we currently track on paper so we could potentially go completely paperless and simplify our whole process.
