Pros
I can easily track and organize work orders using both numbers and dates which makes managing my workflow much more simple.
Cons
The server lag between east and west coast is really noticeable and slows things down.

“Can't add another person to the work order
Pros
Great being able to mark orders with different statuses like "complete," "open," "on hold" or "in progress." It really helps admins track what's being worked on and spot any delays.
Cons
I can't add another person to recieve email notifications. Would be better if there was a way to include additional people on work orders so they'd also get updates on the progress.

Pros
The longer you work with it the more you discover how much it benefits both you and your company. every department gains better insight into processes, gets access to detailed information about everything including expenses, parts, work orders and time management.
Cons
Hard to find any real downsides yet. The more time I spend with it, the clearer it becomes how simple and worthwhile this tool really is.

“useful for monitoring team's work
Pros
Tracking and monitoring features have been very useful for keeping tabs on everyone's work. It cuts down on daily team meetings since people can work independently from prioritized job lists that management oversees. Managing spare parts inventory across our stores has become much more effective which helps keep our budgets and costs under control. The graphs and man-hour tracking give us great insight into departmental workload.
Cons
Upkeep can be frustrating when filters reset after updates especially for team members who aren't as comfortable with technology. There's also an inconsistency where you can adjust job times through the mobile app but not on the website, not sure if that's an access level thing or just a limitation.

Pros
PM and work order generation options are really comprehensive and work perfectly for our asset requirements. I can create detailed checklists and keep track of parts inventory. Having all those different eAM categories means everything stays organized in one central location.
Cons
The downtime setup process is pretty confusing at first. There are several different ways to track things and it takes a while to understand how each action impacts your records across different categories. Also, the asset descriptions really need better editing options. There's no way to organize text properly and everything just gets jumbled together in one messy block.

Pros
I find this software very user-friendly. Anyone can understand it without much trouble.
Cons
Lack of ability to add comments to work orders without triggering updates is frustrating. It generates too many unnecessary emails. Would be great to have a dedicated notes section in each work order. Also think there should be a spot to upload equipment manuals.

Cons
Training sessions feel rushed. You really need more than 30 minutes to properly learn the new features but the meeting slots don't give you enough time to absorb everything.

Pros
The asset tracking and work order creation capabilities are what I find most valuable about this platform.
Cons
When I close an asset from a certain location it doesn't bring me back to where I was. Instead it dumps me on the main location page and I have to hunt down the property and look up assets all over again.

Cons
The backend setup isn't the most user-friendly but it's still easier to get a few admins trained on it rather than teaching our whole team how to handle request inputs.

The website and mobile app are so convenient to manage. We rarely run into network problems or system downtime. This software was clearly built with maintenance teams in mind!
Cons
Depending on what type of user profile someone has they might struggle to view active cases that other people opened. This sometimes leads to duplicate cases being created for the exact same issue.

Really pleased with how this handles our inventory management needs. It's helped us simplify everything and cut down on excess stock significantly. We're just getting started with the maintenance management features but it's already allowed us to get all our operations and maintenance staff set up to submit requests and build better planning processes. The benefits of having solid maintenance planning are already showing and I expect even more improvements as everyone gets more comfortable with the workflows.

Pros
The system does an excellent job tracking work orders, inventory, equipment and supplies all in one place. It's user-friendly and the technical support team is outstanding. I rely on it daily and honestly, it's become the most valuable tool in my workflow.
Cons
I'm not a fan of how recurring work orders display. They show way too many years in advance and end up taking tons of space for just one order. I think showing maybe a year ahead would be plenty sufficient.

It handles all our scheduling and review processes across multiple buildings without breaking a sweat. The request process feels dependable and simple. Our whole team has really embraced this tool and finds it genuinely effective.
Cons

“pM scheduling works well
Pros
Its nice how the PM scheduling works. it automatically sets the next date based on when you actually finish the work, not just some rigid weekly or monthly schedule. This gives our techs some breathing room and flexibility to complete their preventive maintenance tasks without feeling rushed.
Cons
Main downside I've noticed is that you cant communicate directly with people who submit requests. It would be helpful to have messaging capabilities for getting more details or providing updates back and forth.
