easy to read calendar

Pros

The calendar feature is simple and readable. It's been super helpful for mapping out weeks and even months of work ahead of time. Previous apps I've tried just didn't have the same clean layout.

Cons

I wish there was a way to disable tenant notifications for internal updates. When residents submit maintenance requests, they automatically get all the worker communications that should really stay between staff members. It's pretty annoying that we can't control this.

Daily task reminders

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and keeps me on track with daily reminders for tasks I need to complete.

Cons

I think the company finds it a bit pricey but honestly I don't see it as that expensive.

Not happy with recent design changes

Pros

Having everything in one place including all our fleet invoices, service histories and mileage tracking.

Cons

The main reason we chose this was the website layout and ability to see vehicle pictures at a glance on one page but recent design changes removed this feature and we don't have that option anymore.

Lets me create repeating tasks

Pros

Being able to set up recurring tasks with all the specific details I need is so nice. It keeps everything organized without having to recreate the same workflows over and over.

Cons

I can't set up email reminders for certain recurring tasks.

Lets me message requesters

Pros

I love how teachers can send me detailed maintenance requests right to my phone, complete with photos and location info. Being able to message back and forth about their requests through the app is super convenient too.

Cons

I haven't really run into any major issues with it in our situation. The only thing that bugs me is it can be slow to open and load requests sometimes but thats more likely our crappy internet connection causing the problem.

Pros

Setting up assets and locations was really simple and everything made sense right away. What I love most is having the mobile app available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Our maintenance team can carry their phones or tablets right onto the shop floor and submit requests without any difficulty.

Cons

Setting up preventive maintenance is pretty confusing at first and the recurring work orders create way too many orders ahead of time making it hard to see what actually needs attention right now. With some practice you can work around it but it's not user-friendly. What really bugs me is that you can't add pictures to individual checklist steps, only general ones for the whole list. When operators are dealing with lengthy checklists that have 20+ tasks, it gets really difficult for them to understand what they're supposed to do without visual guidance for each specific step.

Handles info on 2k assets we own

Pros

Assets section handles information for about 2k assets we own without any issues. The work order functionality is solid too, covering the complete work order cycle from start to finish.

Cons

Hard to find any real downsides since this is such a simple, self-explanatory tool that just works as expected.

You can create a custom dashboard

Pros

I like being able to generate multiple reports and build a personalized dashboard. It's really helpful to track financial losses from equipment downtime. The reliability reporting feature for equipment is particularly valuable.

Cons

I've been dealing with a recent bug that's been causing some features to malfunction but the support team has been really helpful in finding workarounds while they work on a permanent fix.

Valuable for annual reviews

Pros

It's user-friendly and since everyone in our company can access it, when someone spots an issue that needs attention, they don't have to rely on word-of-mouth with coworkers. They can log it directly into the system and it automatically routes to the right people who can handle the work quickly. What I really appreciate is how it creates a permanent record showing who requested service and exactly when so we can monitor both progress and response times. This documentation has been invaluable during annual reviews since it provides concrete evidence of employees' work order submissions.

Cons

Sometimes it forgets your login credentials and you'll need to sign up again but that's really the only problem I've faceed.

price makes sense

Pros

I've found this to be the most simple maintenance tracking program we've ever used. Our portfolio is mainly retail centers and given our geography, we rely almost exclusively on third-party vendors. Most systems are overly complicated built for highrise office buildings with engineering staff and direct tenant requests. You end up paying for tons of bells and whistles you'll never actually use. This tool can definitely handle portfolios way more complex than ours but it perfectly meets our needs at a price point that actually makes sense for our properties.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as problematic and we're getting exactly what we need from it.

Drives data-focused improvements

Pros

I've found this tool gives me complete control over maintenance operations and really drives data-focused improvements in my daily workflow. After trying various other products and settling for much inferior solutions before discovering this one, those frustrating workdays slowed down by poor organization are finally behind me.

Cons

The system gives you all the tools for solid work order management but it doesn't really shine without proper training. Would be great if our entire team could hop on a video call together and learn from a live instructor who can show us the best practices for getting the most out of this platform.

notifications when a work-order is submitted

Pros

The app really helps us stay organized with scheduling and assigning our PMs, plus it keeps everything tracked including inventory, parts, equipment, you name it. I get real-time notifications whenever a manager submits a work order request which is super helpful.

Cons

Sometimes when I'm picking asset equipment from different locations, what I select doesn't always match up with the "set of parts" option. There's a bit of inconsistency there. It's not a huge deal, just some minor quirks that pop up.
