“self-explanatory interface
Pros
The interface is really simple and self-explanatory which makes training new staff very convenient. I appreciate being able to assign specific work orders to individual employees. The photo attachment feature is also great for documenting work.
Cons
Sometimes work orders don't update for the next day and I have to manually create new ones though this happens very rarely.

Pros
Its simplicity stands out plus my whole team can make updates simultaneously which keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
I really dislike that there's no way to customize the PDF format for work orders. You can create a nicely formatted description with proper line breaks but when you convert it to PDF, everything gets mashed together into one giant block of text with zero spacing.

“simple for daily use
Pros
I find it very simple to use daily. It's been amazing for keeping all my information organized and easily accessible when I need it. My clients definitely notice the more polished, professional appearance it gives my business. The mobile app is super convenient and I can access everything on the go without any problem. Getting those automatic notifications about new work orders and overdue items has been a game-changer for staying on top of everything.
Cons
Finding my way around initially was pretty frustrating. The guides and directions are buried somewhere and not easy to locate when you first log in. Would be much better if they made the help resources more visible right from the start.

Pros
Really simple to manage. No clutter with extra tabs or fields you don't need. Adding job details and updates is not hard.
Cons
I can't filter by everything I need which gets frustrating when searching for specific data. Also, theres no autosave feature so I've lost work a few times when the system crashed unexpectedly.

Pros
Training the team was simple since it's pretty user-friendly and doesn't overcomplicate things.
Cons
The changelogs could be much better. We're often left guessing what changed in updates and sometimes our external workflows break because of it. Also, they send way too many emails asking for reviews which gets annoying.

“More suitable for larger teams
Pros
It helps me organize both routine and scheduled maintenance tasks especially when working with a larger team. Being able to include invoices and send work orders directly to different workers makes everything much smoother.
Cons
Would work better for me if it focused more on analyzing the actual work being done instead of just tracking workers. Since I'm the only one in my department, I need features that analyze a single person's performance rather than comparing multiple employees.

“no competitor comes close
Pros
I can approve maintenance requests from anywhere and instantly assign them to my crew, this flexibility is unmatched. Haven't found any competitors that come close to offering this level of functionality.
Cons
The only thing that could make this better is if it sent me notifications when requests haven't been completed or accepted after a certain amount of time. Other than that, I really have no issues with it.

What I appreciate most is the quick response time and excellent customer service. Whenever we've run into problems, anything that could be fixed outside of missing features was handled really well. Most issues got resolved through detailed one-on-one sessions where they walked us through solutions.
Cons
The main issues we ran into were with the purchase orders tab. It wouldn't keep its sorting after viewing a specific P.O. and work orders had the same problem. We also had trouble with the analytics section where the data didn't match what was actually happening. These were things that really needed fixing. Some of these problems are getting addressed while others aren't though we've had some productive conversations with the support team about possible solutions.

“Really costly
Pros
The features and accessibility for multiple users really stood out during our evaluation. Submitting service requests is simple and I'm impressed with how well they communicate progress updates back to us.
Cons
It isn't specifically designed for farm and vehicle maintenance and it's more of a generic platform where you have to adapt the existing framework to fit your needs. Many features feel like standard, off-the-shelf components rather than being purpose-built for vehicle maintenance. Administrative functions are much more limited on the mobile app compared to the desktop version. The requestor licenses are extremely restrictive, forcing you to upgrade to paid seats for almost any functionality beyond basic requests which makes it really expensive.

Pros
I've been able to automate our internal audits and finally ditch those manual excel spreadsheets for tracking everything. It helps ensure all facility-related preventive maintenance and tasks get properly recorded which is crucial for keeping up with cGMP standards and maintaining our NSF certification.
Cons
The way it handles scheduled work orders is annoying. Instead of creating them one at a time, it generates multiple tickets way into the future all at once. This makes it really hard to tell what's actually due now and I end up spending extra time sorting through everything.

“Top solution for asset management
Pros
The customer support team responds quickly with no phone calls necessary. Asset management here is superior to anything else I've tried. I mainly use it for inventory management and it excels at automatically deducting items and making updates simple when needed.
Cons
Search function is pretty limited. You have to type exactly what you're looking for or it won't find anything. If there's even one extra word in between what your searching for, it just gives up and shows no results.

I really like how simple it is. Having everything cloud-based means I can access equipment manuals and other documents from wherever I am. The automated work order functionality saves me tons of time too.
Cons

Cons

Pros
Lovely customizable reports feature that comes with the business license. It's the final free add-on and quite valuable. The analytics capabilities are impressively powerful and the PM triggers work wonderfully especially when it comes to scheduling tasks.
Cons
The sorting feature doesn't work properly under PM Assigned to which is frustrating. I also can't rearrange columns the way I need them and some basic functionality seems to be missing at times. Another issue is that parts have to be assigned to each individual asset instead of being linked to the model number, it doesn't recognize that identical models would use the same parts which creates unnecessary extra work.
