Cons
I get bombarded with notifications from every single property which can be pretty overwhelming.

Pros
I love that tenants can just click a link to access the maintenance portal and submit requests without dealing with account setup or password management.
Cons
Occasionally run into minor glitches here and there (cant recall the exact details) but they typically get fixed pretty quickly, nothing major to complain about with the system.

It is so convenient to use and presents open work orders in such a clean way that I can easily communicate and prioritize maintenance issues across our entire facility. The mobile app is super user-friendly and having all that information right at my fingertips is fantastic.
Cons
The reporting functionality feels a bit complex to handle. I'd really appreciate more customizable options for asset and parts fields. It would also be great if we could generate better summary reports to send out to requestors.

Pros
An uncomplicated system. Never had any data disappear on me which is reassuring. The support team is genuinely helpful and responds quickly when I need assistance. I appreciate how it sends reminders for upcoming tasks.
Cons
I honestly don't dislike anything about it though sometimes the app can be very slow to load things but overall everything is perfect about the app, I like it a lot.

Pros
I've been able to digitize our entire factory floor into a single application which has been helpful. Adding new locations, assets and work orders is simple and doesn't require much technical knowledge.
Cons
The analytics feel pretty limited in what I can actually track and I'm constantly trying to work around the system to get the data I need. It's not always clear how things are being measured either like what exactly counts as a "Recurring Work Order"? Simple tooltips would help so much here. The real kicker is waiting hours for metrics to update so if I'm testing something to see how it affects the numbers, I'm stuck waiting around to see if my changes even worked.

Pros
What I really appreciate is how I can build out our asset list and assign specific parts to each asset along with vendor details. This has made parts ordering much faster and really improved our inventory management.
Cons
I haven't really found anything to complain about with this platform. I'd love to get management on board with expanding our use of it to keep improving our maintenance operations.

Being able to monitor how specific projects are progressing has been helpful. Our team can easily see what we've accomplished and what still needs attention. The priority feature is something we rely on heavily. It keeps us focused on what needs to get done first versus what can wait.
Cons
The project input process could definitely be more user-friendly. Our stadium operations might have unique requirements which could explain why entering items isn't as simple for us.

I manage a 30,000 square foot food manufacturing facility and this platform keeps my team organized with work orders and preventative maintenance. everything runs smoothly because we can stay on top of equipment needs. The interface feels modern and it handles pretty much everything I need it to do!
Cons
Lack of multiple contact options for vendors is really frustrating. I need seperate contacts for sales, tech support, scheduling and billing but can only add one. This limitation makes vendor management much harder than it should be and I'm hoping they'll fix this soon.

Pros
The interface looks attractive and using the app feels smooth. Being able to create QR codes is really handy too. I'm impressed with how the asset management section works. Once you add pictures, everything becomes super organized.
Cons
The search function can be unreliable at times and I wish I could edit PMs once they're already running. Also, the import feature only updates certain categories which is pretty limiting. There are definitely some quality-of-life improvements that would make this much smoother to use.

“can set up individual assets for a property

Appreciate how simple it is to create work orders that our maintenance team can quickly access and review when addressing problems. Being able to configure separate assets for each property and track them individually has been really valuable.
Cons
Work orders don't have a start time unless you manually create a trigger which is frustrating. I need to schedule future tasks that my team can check on the actual day instead of having to plan everything days ahead. When I'm on-site trying to add photos to an active work order, I can only upload one picture at a time instead of selecting multiple images at once. This whole process eats up way too much time and slows down our workflow.

Pros
I really appreciate the calendar visualization for work orders. It makes planning ahead for scheduled maintenance so much clearer. Tracking multiple orders becomes way more manageable with this view compared to other systems I've worked with before.
Cons
The date management could be better. I have to drag work orders to different months instead of just typing in a new date while keeping the same recurring schedule. Also, when the month ends on a Saturday, I can't move work orders to the following month at all.

Pros
It handles asset tracking, work orders and billing. The digital work order system means I don't have to deal with printed lists anymore which saves time and reduces clutter. I can start a conversation on my computer and easily continue it on my phone which is convenient for when I'm moving around the shop.
Cons
Interface can look pretty different when switching between iPhone and Android which is annoying. Recent changes to the layout have left some of us scratching our heads trying to figure things out. The per-user licensing gets expensive fast. Would be much better if they offered a flat rate that covers up to 20 users instead.

Cons

It's been great for getting our departments to communicate clearly about what needs attention. everything gets prioritized properly without endless phone calls or email chains back and forth. Saves us a lot of time and cuts down on misunderstandings.
Cons
Getting people to actually use this for requests has been tough. They still think walking over and asking in person gets faster results which makes tracking everything really difficult.
