Simple to handle the dashboard. The mobile app is very convenient too when I'm away from the office.
Cons
The mobile app is pretty limited compared to the web dashboard. You can't add new vendors or customers from your phone which is frustrating when your on the go.

The system makes it simple to monitor which technician is assigned, helping repairs run smoothly. Adding assets and distributing them across different locations is easy.
Cons
The tech team can't easily view visual breakdowns of their job assignments like what's open, on hold or finished. It would be really helpful if they could see these stats in graph form.
