Userfriendly dashboard

Pros

Simple to handle the dashboard. The mobile app is very convenient too when I'm away from the office.

Cons

The mobile app is pretty limited compared to the web dashboard. You can't add new vendors or customers from your phone which is frustrating when your on the go.

Pros

I appreciate having everything set up for standard maintenance tasks and keeping records organized. It's convenient not having to build these processes from scratch.

Cons

The system seems built primarily for english-speaking markets and struggles with international currencies especially when setting up spare part pricing lists.

cloud-based work order system

Pros

The cloud-based work order setup is really convenient and works well for our needs.

Cons

The constant spam messages are incredibly frustrating. They're always trying to push extra tools on you. Plus, anyone who signs up gets bombarded with way too many emails. It's honestly really annoying and distracts from actually using the platform.

Pros

Issues don't take much effort to resolve

Pros

I find this solution easy to handle. Being able to access everything from my phone is a huge plus and when issues come up, they're pretty simple to resolve.

Cons

I wish there was a way to upload multiple pictures through the web portal instead of just one.

Pros

I can easily send requests from any device and track where they stand. It's simple to see which jobs need attention and set priority levels, low, medium or high. The system makes it simple to monitor which technician is assigned, helping repairs run smoothly. Adding assets and distributing them across different locations is easy.

Cons

The tech team can't easily view visual breakdowns of their job assignments like what's open, on hold or finished. It would be really helpful if they could see these stats in graph form.

Lets me create custom filters

Pros

Being able to set up custom filters is a plus. It's really helpful when you're working with a bigger organization and need to narrow down specific information.

Helpful guidance from customer support team

Pros

So user friendly and the quick response from customer service when I need guidance on setting up new items is amazing.

Cons

I wish there were more filtering options available. It's frustrating that you can't filter by every category. Would really love to see work order numbers and time filters added. Sometimes I remember the work order number but forget the customer name and it makes searching much harder.
