Pros

easy to enter assets

Pros

Asset input process is simple and I appreciate how easy it is to label everything and mark locations on floor plans. employees can effortlessly submit work requests that include the exact location and photos of whatever needs attention or repair.

Cons

Occasionally run into problems where the site won't load properly though these issues usually clear up within a couple days.

Really easy to learn and use. We switched from mapcon which was a nightmare to train new people on.

Friendly for techs and plant workers

Pros

I really appreciate how user-friendly this is for both my technicians and the plant workers who submit work requests. They can snap a photo and create requests that are as detailed or basic as they need.

Cons

equipment ID numbers are randomly generated and there's no way to customize them.

easy to manage website and app

Pros

The phone app and website are easy to handle. I'd never worked with a maintenance team or management system before starting here but I can help our team effortlessly now. This has organized so many of our processes and made everything run much smoother.

Cons

We don't have any real complaints after using it for a year. Our previous system was such a nightmare that everything about this one feels like a huge improvement.

ease of filtering tasks

Pros

I find it cool how simple it is to filter tasks and work orders whether by time, date or who's handling the job. The filtering feature makes searching easy and takes away all the stress.

Cons

Sometimes the system runs really slow though it usually gets back to normal speed within a couple hours.

I can organize all our tools and cleaning supplies by different areas. Makes finding exactly what I need super simple.

Photos and work orders on the spot

Pros

I find it user-friendly and love how well it works on mobile devices. Being able to engage right on the spot, snap photos and generate work orders is amazing.

Cons

Moving through categories can be pretty tedious. You have to dig around to find cameras and other equipment which creates some friction during use.

Pros

I'd say its very easy to use and having iPad support means our mechanics can easily access everything whether they're working on the floor or back in the office.

Cons

The purchasing side could definitely use some work. While the inventory tracking functions well and I appreciate getting alerts when items hit minimum levels, actually placing orders from those alerts isn't as smooth as I'd like. I've brought this up with their success team and they seemed interested in enhancing the purchasing features but nothing has been implemented yet.

Useful modules that increase our efficiency

Pros

I enjoy having all these different modules that boost our maintenance team's productivity. The analytics and asset tracking features keep everything well-organized so we're always ready when it's time to replace equipment or hardware.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the request portal feature. Think it should be eliminated. If staff don't need a particular work order, they can just close it instead.
