“Uncomplicated system for maintenance techs
Pros
Not hard at all for our maintenance techs to use in their daily work.
Cons
Setting up all our assets and work orders took forever at first. We've got over 20 CNC machines that each need their own PM schedules and specific attention so getting everything set up was pretty time-consuming.

Pros
The email alerts come through instantly whenever someone makes changes which I really appreciate. The interface feels tidy too. I've been quite pleased with how smoothly everything works.
Cons
I'm frustrated that I can't seem to set up alerts for overdue work orders. It might be possible but I just haven't been able to figure out how to do it yet.

Really simple to get the hang of. Most things are pretty user-friendly and I can figure out what to do with ease.
Cons
The system runs pretty slow sometimes and I find myself having to refresh pages more than I'd like. One thing that really bothers me is it doesn't track when items get moved around. There's no history of location changes which would be really helpful.

The ongoing system updates really focus on what we actually need as customers which I appreciate. It's user-friendly for the folks working directly with it day-to-day. Simple but gets the job done perfectly for managing equipment.
Cons
The reporting options are pretty limited and you can't really customize them the way I'd like. Also, when I export work order PDFs, there aren't many formatting choices available.

I really appreciate how everything in the system stays so well-organized. I never have to waste time digging.. when I need a document, a record or a piece of information it's always easy for me to find right away. That kind of clarity and order saves me so much frustration and lets me focus on the actual work.
Cons
Sometimes I run into issues when trying to print entire CSV files. The system doesn't format them properly on its own especially when I need a sorted version of the data.

Well I find it really simple to move around the interface. Everything feels simple........ tabs, menus and buttons are right where I expect them to be so I can navigate from one task to another without any second-guessing or unnecessary clicks. It makes the whole experience smooth and efficient.
Cons
Setting up daily, monthly and weekly PMs is a real headache. They never seem to start when they're supposed to and the dates are always off. Sure you can drag things around once they're triggered but getting that initial trigger timing right is nearly impossible.

Found it to be really user-friendly whether I'm on my computer or my phone which is so convenient. Entering data is pretty easy on both..the fields are clear and it doesn't feel cramped or complicated on a smaller screen. It makes staying productive flexible and smooth no matter where I am.

Cons

Clean and well organized interface. Creating requests for facilities management feels effortless through both the web app and mobile version. Having that phone capability really makes a difference since I can submit requests anywhere without needing access to a computer.
Cons
Setting up my account was a real headache at first. I think my sign-in link got corrupted somehow. Can't say if this was because of how we integrated everything or just an UpKeep glitch in general. Had to borrow my coworker's profile for a while until we got it sorted out. Haven't run into any problems since then though.
