restrictive user limits and pricey

Pros

The layout is really simple and not difficult to work with.

Cons

User limits are pretty restrictive and the pricing could be better. It would be great if they offered more inclusive packages that don't leave you feeling like you're paying extra for basic features.

Pros

Reasonable pricing

Pros

easy to open and close tickets

Pros

Really simple when it comes to opening and closing tickets. The process just makes sense

Cons

The text is way too small and I can barely see the scan icon. Both really need to be larger.

cost tracking feature lacks accuracy

Pros

Documentation feature lets me save and review work completion certificates and reports, plus it handles photos too which is super convenient.

Cons

The cost tracking feature is not as simple as I'd like and the accuracy leaves something to be desired.

auto-compilation of documentation is useful

Pros

The auto-compilation of documentation is really helpful, though I wish the layout could be customized. Integration with CMMS systems works smoothly without any issues.

Cons

Mobile app feels pretty limited and you can't fully customize documents like changing layouts or adding custom fields which is frustrating.

Pros

It's amazing how comprehensive this platform is. It handles way more functions than our small operation actually needs which gives us room to grow.

Cons

Its growing on me

Pros

It's interface feels really smooth and user-friendly. I'm running the web version on Firefox and it performs just as well as it does on Chrome, can't say much about other browsers though. What I love most is how tenants can submit requests through a simple link without needing to create accounts or sign up for anything. Being able to take those requests and add extra details, set deadlines and turn them into proper work orders is very useful. The more time I spend with this tool the more I appreciate what it can do.

Cons

I'd rather stick with my regular Gmail account but my ProtonMail works fine enough.

The mobility this solution provides has been a game-changer for our daily maintenance work.

Frequent updates

Pros

I really like being able to upload photos directly through the app. The frequent updates keep things fresh and improve functionality regularly.

nothing gets overlooked anymore

Pros

The app lets technicians quickly submit work orders right when they spot an issue. Without this tool, these requests would usually slip through the cracks but now our team can create orders instantly and nothing gets overlooked.

Cons

The main thing that bothers me is the limited customization options. I prefer organizing maintenance by assets rather than dates but there's no way to create individual folders for each asset's work orders. It would be great if I could set up separate work order folders for each asset or at least change the first column to show assets instead.

effective for tracking open tickets

Pros

Found it to be very userfriendly. Our office hasn't come across anything more user-friendly than this system. The interface is so easy to use that most staff members can jump right in without needing training. everything is laid out clearly and makes sense. The communication log feature is effective for tracking what's happening with open tickets.

Cons

Haven't come across anything I dislike about it so far.

Pros

It's cool that I can depend on it for handling my measuring and monitoring resources when dealing with ISO requirements.

Cons

Wish there was a way to manage calibrations. Tracking when equipment needs to be recalibrated would really help with asset maintenance.

Pros

I really appreciate how it keeps everything centralized in one spot. The maintenance workflow runs so smoothly now and having the mobile app makes completing tasks on the go much simpler. Plus, their support team is very responsive whenever we need help with anything.
