The layout is really simple and not difficult to work with.
Cons
User limits are pretty restrictive and the pricing could be better. It would be great if they offered more inclusive packages that don't leave you feeling like you're paying extra for basic features.

The auto-compilation of documentation is really helpful, though I wish the layout could be customized. Integration with CMMS systems works smoothly without any issues.
Cons

“Its growing on me
Pros
It's interface feels really smooth and user-friendly. I'm running the web version on Firefox and it performs just as well as it does on Chrome, can't say much about other browsers though. What I love most is how tenants can submit requests through a simple link without needing to create accounts or sign up for anything. Being able to take those requests and add extra details, set deadlines and turn them into proper work orders is very useful. The more time I spend with this tool the more I appreciate what it can do.
Cons
I'd rather stick with my regular Gmail account but my ProtonMail works fine enough.

“nothing gets overlooked anymore
Pros
The app lets technicians quickly submit work orders right when they spot an issue. Without this tool, these requests would usually slip through the cracks but now our team can create orders instantly and nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
The main thing that bothers me is the limited customization options. I prefer organizing maintenance by assets rather than dates but there's no way to create individual folders for each asset's work orders. It would be great if I could set up separate work order folders for each asset or at least change the first column to show assets instead.

Found it to be very userfriendly. Our office hasn't come across anything more user-friendly than this system. The interface is so easy to use that most staff members can jump right in without needing training. everything is laid out clearly and makes sense. The communication log feature is effective for tracking what's happening with open tickets.
