easy to filter down to specific locations

Pros

Once you set up the areas and machinery, filtering down to specific locations becomes really simple.

Cons

I wish the required fields would automatically filter based on what I select instead of leaving me guessing which ones need to be completed.

Our team loves it

Pros

I've worked at two companies that used this platform and our team really appreciates how we can sort through and rank work tickets by priority. The interface is simple too.

Cons

Only thing I'd change is adding an inventory system for tools and vehicles. Besides that there really isn't much to complain about!

Impressive built-in functionality

Pros

I'm impressed with the built-in functionality especially how well it handles inventory management in our manufacturing setup. Managing preventive maintenance and work orders for all our equipment has become much simpler. We can quickly control machine downtime without problem. Moving assets and inventory parts between locations is simple and I appreciate how easy it is to attach parts to specific assets. The mobile app is wonderful and fits perfectly with our work environment. Our technicians are constantly moving around and they absolutely love using the app on their phones.

Cons

Connection problems in areas with weak internet or phone signals make uploading data really frustrating.

Great UI design

Pros

The interface design is really smooth on both web and mobile. everything flows naturally and I can see all the important info right away without digging around.

Cons

The mobile app has some limitations. You can't add customers or vendors through it which means I have to switch to the web version for those tasks.

Pros

After getting everything set up, the functionality is solid and multiple team members can access it from their mobile devices which has been really convenient for our workflow.

Cons

took a bit of time to figure out the workflow setup but that's pretty normal with any new system.

Option to submit pics through mobile app

Pros

I really enjoy being able to upload photos directly through the mobile app. Its very easy to manage.

Cons

If I'm being picky maybe adding a few more category sections would be nice.

Requests are handled in a timely manner

Pros

I really like how quickly they handle requests and they're always careful not to disrupt people working at their desks nearby.

Cons

Only supports PDF uploads besides images which is limiting. Would much rather use excel for things like approved user lists for badging or workstation inventories. It's just more practical for that kind of data.

comprehensive modules

Pros

What I love most is how simple and functional this platform is. The modules really cover everything we need for maintenance management. The request portal is definitely my favorite feature since it lets our team submit maintenance requests in seconds which keeps operations running smoothly.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues with this software yet and from what I can see, there probably won't be any problems down the road.

Their team knows their stuff

Pros

I get quick responses from the support team whenever I have questions. They actually know what they're talking about.

Cons

Sometimes I run into issues where the PMS export doesn't grab all the records.

Pros

Helps my team stay focused and prevents important tasks from getting missed.

Cons

A few team members find the technical side intimidating, though most pick it up without issues. There's still that occasional hesitation from some staff who get overwhelmed by the features.

Worth recommending!

Pros

I'm still in the testing phase but this solution is definitely worth recommending. The logic buildup makes sense and the pricing is fair. The work order and request features look really solid so far.

Cons

Missing the Safe Job Analyze feature though I could probably create my own checklist to work around it.

Pros

Gets me caught up on anything I might've overlooked with work orders or scheduled tasks.

Cons

The lack of a specific employee designation category section was noticeable making it harder to organize staff roles properly.

most detailed and simple cmmS I've ever seen

Pros

The program's simplicity really stands out to me. Getting my team on board was not a problem since it's so simple.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any real complaints. After working with tons of CMMS systems over 24 years in maintenance, this one stands out as the most simple and comprehensive I've seen.

Smart search option not there

Pros

I can track work orders by time periods and organize them.

Cons

Hard to track work orders by asset groups and there's no smart search feature which makes finding things pretty frustrating.

easy to learn

Pros

In my experience the interface is well laid out and new hires learn it without much training. I've tried other work order systems in the past and was always searching for something more effective. Really happy my company chose this platform. We rarely face any technical problems and I can't recall ever needing to contact support for assistance. Being able to filter by specific properties is great, plus adding photos and notes is simple. The ability to update work order status helps our team stay coordinated and organized.

Cons
