Free version works well for us

Pros

The interface is really simple and clean which I appreciate. There's a free version that works perfectly for our tight budget.

Cons

mobile-friendly software

Pros

Getting this up and running was fast, even with all our main assets imported. The mobile apps are really user-friendly. Our team figured them out immediately without any complaints.

Cons

The web interface feels sluggish at times which can be frustrating when I'm trying to work quickly. I'd also appreciate the ability to hide advanced features we don't use. It would make the interface much cleaner and less overwhelming.

Takes a while to upload info

Pros

Can easily organize my schedule and set up tasks with different frequencies. It's really flexible for managing recurring work.

Cons

The upload process can be pretty sluggish and takes longer than I'd like.

easy to add vendors, assets and parts

Pros

I like how simple it is to generate and finish work orders. Adding vendors, assets and parts is really easy too.

Cons

Would be nice to select multiple work orders and assets simultaneously instead of handling them one by one.

Blown away by This Platform

Pros

I've been using this for just 2 weeks and it's already eliminated several time-consuming headaches by centralizing everything so the whole team can see what's happening. The onboarding process was smooth, from that first sales call through the demo, testing and official launch. I'm genuinely excited about what's ahead because these developers really understand what small businesses need to keep operations running smoothly.

Cons

Reporting features could be more powerful and I'd love to see better customization options. That said, most of what we're missing is already planned for future releases so the team is clearly listening to feedback.

Instant notifications when tasks are updated

Pros

Getting alerts whenever tasks are updated is a bonus. Creating support tickets with all the right details is simple.

Cons

Would be great if I could jot down a quick maintenance note first, then add the details afterwards. Also wondering if there's a way to connect this with our Slack channel.

all communication in one platform

Pros

I find this program really easy to manage. Having all the communication in one place is helpful for staying organized.

Cons

The date display is pretty frustrating since it only shows vague timeframes like "one month" or "two weeks" instead of actual dates which makes it difficult to keep accurate company records.

easy for our less tech-savvy team members

Pros

Great how clean and user-friendly the interface is. even our less tech-savvy team members learnt it quickly. Being able to drag and drop manuals, photos and documents directly into equipment records is a game-changer. It keeps everything organized in one place so I'm not constantly digging through folders looking for stuff. Setting up preventative maintenance schedules is also way simpler now. Our old software required this whole complicated process of exporting and importing between different programs but with this tool I can create a schedule once and it automatically sets up the next occurrence.

Cons

I'd love to see more desktop features make their way to the mobile app, particularly those Quick Filters that are so handy. Also, setting up preventative maintenance triggers is a bit tedious since I have to create separate ones for each asset instead of being able to assign multiple assets to a single trigger.

Way too complicated for our team

Pros

I appreciate that it's web-based which makes access really convenient from anywhere. The interface looks quite nice too and definitely has an appealing design.

Cons

It is very complicated. even basic system management tasks feel way more difficult than they should be. There are too many icons everywhere when simple text descriptions would be so much clearer. Take batch printing work orders for example, we're old school and like printing them out to hand to our team. I honestly can't see my technicians actually finding this useful and they'd probably just go through the motions to say they're using it.

critical for my daily tasks

Pros

Lets me track upcoming maintenance and generate reports on completed work. This has become an essential part of my daily operations.

Cons

One thing I wish it had is a basic notes section. I can't seem to find anywhere to jot down what work was completed or what needs to happen next.

detailed breakdowns on equipment

Pros

I love being able to keep all my equipment and repairs organized in one spot with detailed breakdowns and updates. Having employees create work orders through the system is really convenient.

Cons

A bit complex when working on work orders. If I need to go back to a previous screen, I have to go all the way back to assets and then navigate through the equipment number again to get back to work orders. I also wish there was a better way to track our monthly breakdowns and monitor weekly updates and spending, though I'm not sure if those features exist or how to access them.
