“cost effective solution
Pros
It is reasonably priced and won't break the bank. Love how they constantly roll out new features and updates to keep things fresh. Communication with their tech support team has been excellent too.
Cons
The forms need work since they don't assign issues to specific locations properly.

“Gives access to complete history of work orders
Pros
I really appreciate being able to handle work orders through the app. Uploading photos and notes on the spot makes everything so much smoother. The automatic client notifications for updates are a nice touch too. Having access to the complete history of work orders for every customer and location is useful especially when techs need background info on previous repairs. Plus, the support team is cooperative and never leaves me alone when I need help.
Cons
I'd really like it to be simpler to send work orders to external people who aren't using the app. We work with several vendors and it would be awesome if I could send them work orders directly and let them follow our internal procedures to close things out so we can track their progress. Maybe this feature already exists and I just haven't figured it out yet.

Pros
It allows us to filter between just the open files for viewing or displaying all completed tasks and items that are on hold.
Cons
The template customization is pretty limited. I can't modify tasks or hide the ones I don't need which makes the subject line area feel cramped.

Our team finds it very userfriendly making it easy for new employees to learn both the mobile and web versions. Training sessions are always simple since everything feels natural. The categorization features have been a game-changer for organizing our service department workflow and there are plenty of other useful tools that keep operations running smoothly.
Cons
Gets confusing when you unarchive work orders. It asks if you want to archive instead of unarchive which is backwards and threw me off.

I can access it from both my phone and computer which completely cuts out all the paperwork. We're actually planning to integrate it with our eRP system down the road.
Cons

Lovely interface, my team actually wants to use it instead of avoiding it like our previous system. The customization options let us adjust everything to our workflow and the API integration has been solid for connecting with our other tools.
Cons
The system lacks automation for one important feature that would really boost visibility. They mentioned it's being developed but there's no timeline yet. While this doesn't stop us from using the platform effectively, it does hold back its full potential.

Running our whole operation smoothly has become much simpler with this tool. Communication flows effortlessly between requestors and our team making collaboration easy. Training new users is simple and we don't need lengthy sessions to get them up to speed. The inventory management really shines when we add all the necessary details, as it simplifies our budget preparation process. Instead of constantly reaching out to procurement for quotes, we can rely on previous invoices already in the system. When prices change, uploading receipts while updating inventory helps us stay on top of budget estimates. The asset tagging feature is definitely a nice bonus that adds extra value.
Cons
The system occasionally lags which gets pretty frustrating. Sometimes it randomly logs me out without warning. I can't add estimated time when accepting requests from my phone. There's also an issue where I can't see images in requests when approving them on my iPhone, though they show up fine on Android. It would be great if we could upload AutoCAD files or PDFs directly in the drawing section instead of having to convert everything to JPG first. Also, longer tutorial videos would be helpful for new users rather than having to send them to YouTube links for guidance.
