“I enjoy the mobile app
Pros
I really like having the mobile app as a maintenance tech. It makes my job so much easier when I'm out in the field.
Cons
The downtime tracking feature has quite a few bugs and glitches since its still being developed.

Pros
The reporting features are very flexible. I can categorize and track our workload which has really boosted our productivity and shown us where we need to make improvements. The customer service is outstanding too. Live chat is so convenient and there's never any wait time to get help.
Cons
It packs in a lot of features but some functions aren't as user-friendly as I'd hoped. Took some practice runs and trial-and-error to get comfortable with everything.

Pros
Really easy to handle for my team especially those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for everyone to get up to speed quickly.
Cons
I can't add contacts to vendor information which is frustrating. There's no easy way to send work orders to vendors or let them add their own notes. Though this isn't available now, I've noticed Upkeep usually listens to feedback and implements suggestions over time.

Pros
I've noticed how simple it is to set up recurring maintenance schedules. The QR scanning feature works great for quick lookups. Having a parts library that actually tracks inventory levels for essential components has been super helpful. Creating purchase orders directly from the inventory system saves me tons of time.
Cons
Email alerts from the app are pretty unreliable and don't always come through when they should.

Support team is absolutely incredible and makes all the difference! The mobile app is seriously powerful, I can manage assets and preventive maintenance so easily right from my phone. It keeps me connected to my entire organization wherever I am which is amazing.
Cons
The only real challenge we've faced is helping our older technicians who've never used smartphones get comfortable managing their daily tasks on mobile devices. However, the platform is so user-friendly that even our most tech-averse team members have come to enjoy using it regularly.

Very well trained and friendly support staff. Almost everyone there has hands-on maintenance experience and they've really gone above and beyond to help my team out.
Cons
Some parts feel disconnected when switching between functions like how uploading locations versus assets works completely differently. Can't complain too much though, since this tool has been a game changer for my team.

Appreciate being able to see all the open work orders at a glance and having everyone track progress and issues as they happen is really helpful. We've also set up the inventory system so our team knows exactly when and where parts are available.
Cons
The main challenge we faced was getting our less tech-savvy maintenance staff up to speed initially, though with some supervision and guidance we managed to work through it.
