Helps me grow

Pros

I can monitor all activities in our facility and strategically implement planned initiatives. The leadership development resources through the maintenance community are invaluable! Having such an user-friendly system is genuinely refreshing.

Cons

The cost can feel like a barrier at times though the available resources usually make up for this challenge. There are plans for different needs and I had a single-seat license that worked well until my requirements changed.

Lets me handle everything on the move

Pros

Wide variety of features

Pros

The variety of features and pathways for maintenance management is impressive. Our entire team uses the app and finds it user-friendly. You can customize it to fit almost any workflow you need. It's been great for our inventory management. everything connects to jobs automatically and alerts us when we're running low on supplies.

Cons

The connectivity issues are really frustrating. When I'm in areas with poor 3G/4G signal, I've lost information I entered into work orders because it didn't sync properly. Another thing that slows me down is only being able to upload pictures one at a time to work orders which gets tedious when I need to attach multiple photos to document my work.

app is great for remote work

Pros

It lets me handle almost everything on my phone that I normally do at my desk. It's very handy for staying on top of tasks and capturing information whenever it's convenient for me.

Cons

PM modules being in beta is frustrating since there missing some key features at the moment, though I know the team is actively working on improvements.

Keeps employees motivated

Pros

The automatic triggers help us stay ahead of maintenance schedules. Management gets a clear overview through the dashboard to track whether we're meeting our targets. It's great how employees stay motivated knowing they can see their overdue tasks and nobody wants to fall behind. Plus, tracking downtime gives us real insights into how our machines are actually performing.

Cons

Getting everything set up takes forever. Loading all the assets and parts is really time-consuming, though I'm hoping it'll pay off down the road. The pricing gets pretty steep when you have a large tech team.

Simple to distribute tasks

Pros

I really appreciate how quickly I can create work orders and keep tabs on assets while monitoring my team's progress. Setting up preventive maintenance schedules and distributing tasks to the right team members in there specific areas has been simple.

Cons

sometimes when I try to share reports with clients I can't send them through WhatsApp unless I download the file to my phone first.

Set up process took no time

Pros

Getting up and running was so easy. The setup process barely took any time at all.

Cons

Send instructions to contractors from anywhere

Pros

I can log calls and requests from any location, plus send work instructions directly to contractors no matter where I am.

Cons

I'd prefer having both AM and PM readings instead of just one daily entry. It would help me track usage patterns between normal hours and overnight waste periods

want it on my android watch too

Pros

The preventative maintenance management is easy here. I especially appreciate how the mobile version lets me handle everything on the go and those checklists really simplify my workflow.

Cons

I've got an Android phone and smartwatch and it would be awesome if this was available as an app on my Android watch. I know it's already there for Apple watches so adding Android support would really complete the package for me.

analytics section lets me monitor everything

Pros

I like the analytics section. It lets me monitor everything from past maintenance records to our monthly preventive maintenance costs which has been crucial for speeding up budget approvals and making the case for replacing aging equipment.

Cons

Setting up the initial data entry was pretty slow and felt like a drag. Though I'll admit, if you've already got your info organized in a spreadsheet, you can just upload it and the system converts everything for you which speeds things up quite a bit.

Logically laid out

Pros

User friendly mobile interface

Pros

The mobile interface works really well and everything is super user-friendly. I barely needed any training to figure it out.

Cons

The search functionality in checklists is missing which makes finding specific items frustrating. Setting up API integration is pretty challenging and could definitely be more simple.

creating quality reports is not hard
