Pros
Our asset lifecycle is now analyzed more efficiently and effectively using handheld devices, thanks to UpKeep. Compiling data in UpKeep makes it easier for multiple users to access and utilize it in the best way.
Cons
Initially, I had some trouble with UpKeep, so I recommend new users get some training. Modifying template modules could be improved. The pricing seems high; I don't know if there are cheaper plans available.

Pros
Very easy to upload pictures to show what needs work.
Cons
There are some limitations. It would be helpful to upload more than one photo at times. Additionally, seeing what is in progress would prevent double reporting.

We use it to track ongoing building maintenance tasks and asset management. It's easy to generate information required for the accounting department and keeps work orders organized.
Cons
Reporting could be better. Report generation is not intuitive and may take some time to get used to.

Having everything centralized in one place is so convenient. All our company assets are right there when I need them. The vendor list feature is particularly useful since it keeps all their contact details and makes reordering easy.

Pros
What I really appreciate is how easy it is to generate reports and tailor them to exactly what we need. The software settings are simple right from the start.
Cons
The sorting options for work orders could really use some improvement. From what I can tell there's no way to sort by technician or user.

I find it useful for monitoring maintenance tasks and tracking both the time spent and expenses involved. The ability to upload photos and assign several team members to a single job simultaneously is really convenient.
Cons
Mobile app is confusing at first. It's completely different from what you're used to on the desktop version. Plus the search function is pretty clunky and doesn't work as smoothly as it should.

The ability to assign account access has really transformed how we handle repairs. We went from being completely chaotic and reactive to much more organized.
Cons
There are definitely areas where things could be better mostly minor tweaks and feature adjustments I'd love to see implemented. The barcode functionality would be valuable for our operations but we haven't been able to figure out how to get them to print through .csv files or other methods.

I must say the interface is very well organized. Getting everything set up was not difficult.
Cons
I really wish they had checklist functionality built into tasks. Our maintenance guys sometimes overlook steps in longer assignments and the only workaround is creating seperate tasks for each item which just creates more clutter for them.

It lets me monitor time, expenses and material consumption across all our projects. The mobile app is really convenient and my field team can quickly log updates and mark tasks complete on the go.
Cons

Pros
I like how simple it is to set up tasks and assign them. What stands out is that managers can submit requests, then the admin handles assignment and approval before sending everything to the right person to complete the work.
Cons
It's a bit expensive. Some of our less tech-savvy team members had trouble moving around the interface initially though they eventually got the hang of it.

Tracking work orders through the app has been really helpful for me. The archive feature is great too. Makes it easy to pull up old records when I need them for billing.
Cons

It is easy to track open work orders through this platform. The user interface is user-friendly and the request portal makes things super simple for operators.
Cons
The parts system is frustrating. There's too much overlap where different parts could share the same number or tag. This creates extra work for our parts clerk who has to spend more time searching for items.

Once an order is created there's no way to drag and drop files or photos into it which is pretty frustrating when you need to add documentation later.

Cons
