“so convenient to use”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and there are thousands of ideas available when you need inspiration. The graphic choices are one of my favorite parts and I can create just about anything using whatever colors and fonts fit my brand. The fact that educators can get Canva Pro for free is also a really big bonus.
Cons
Over time, it seems like more and more elements are being moved into the paid version.

“Template library is great”
Pros
Love how it feels visually well organized which makes managing tasks and creating content much more effortless. It's especially helpful how fast you can put together graphics, templates and collaborative projects with a team.
Cons
My only real complaint is the pricing , a lot of the strongest templates, graphics, fonts and features sit behind the paid plan..

“Loved designing with it”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is being able to create personalized artwork. The templates are good.. across different fields... and make the software more appealing to use.
Cons
What I don't enjoy as much is that many of the best features and most useful elements require payment. There are also moments when navigating the available tools feels a bit confusing.

“has so many tools”
Pros
The best thing about it is how simple it is to use, the professional-looking templates and the wide range of design tools it puts within anyone's reach.
Cons
This is excellent overall but sometimes some advanced features are only available in the Pro version which can be challenging for free users.

“AI makes it worth while”
Pros
Right away, the biggest win with this software is how simple it feels and how approachable it is for new users. Whether someone is putting together a marketing ad or creating a social media post, it works well for just about anyone. I also really appreciate that my team can work with the same content and collaborate on a single project together. The feature set feels almost endless, the AI is excellent and the user interface is truly top notch.
Cons
An issue I still run into is finding content I was working on from my phone when I switch to the online version. That part of the navigation could definitely be improved and made a bit more refined.

“It keeps getting better”
Pros
Canva's interface feels incredibly simple even when I'm handling more involved tasks like removing backgrounds or changing element colors with the built-in color picker or duotone tools on photos. As a full-time designer, that convenience has me reaching for Canva instead of heavier, more time-consuming programs like Photoshop or Illustrator. Collaboration has improved a lot too. Before, sharing work with my team meant passing AI files around, using the wrong version by mistake and sometimes having to restart from scratch. With Canva, that problem is basically gone.
Cons
it updates so often that many of the things I used to wish for eventually get added. They do a good job of keeping users informed through Keynotes and upgrade announcements and most issues I've had over the years have been addressed within a reasonable time. Right now, I really can't think of anything I'm unhappy with. One limitation in the past was that a project could only contain pages in the same size but they recently fixed that and now support pages of different sizes which feels like a huge improvement.

“Fairly priced”
Pros
It has been one of my favorite design tools to use. It's very user-friendly, gives you tons of room to be creative and the subscription feels well worth the price for everything that's included.
Cons
This tool still offers a huge variety of features and things you can create which is why I enjoy using it so much. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the limited printing options. There's a lot available to print but when I need something more niche or specific, that option usually isn't there.

“packed with features and value”
Pros
Great value for the price. The platform is simple to use, packed with features and gives plenty of creative freedom. Team collaboration works well and I can build multiple projects, save them, duplicate them when needed and tweak them for a slightly different look.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about especially since the new AI upgrade. It should be even better once that develops further.

“saves time”
Pros
This platform has been fantastic for creating flyers and social media posts. It's incredibly versatile and handles pretty much everything I need for marketing.
Cons
Getting the layout right was a bit trickier when I wasn't working from a template. A few of the things I wanted to create also didn't have a template available.

“user-friendly branding tools”
Pros
Creating personalized logos and professional-looking images feels very simple and being able to choose a color palette that matches company branding is a really useful feature.
Cons
Full access to the better-quality images requires a paid membership which is a downside. Resizing shapes can also be a little fiddly at times and it would be better to have more precise control over image scaling.

“effortless to use”
Pros
Canva has been a pleasure to use. The whole experience feels organized from the moment I start a project through to the final result. It's simple to navigate, easy to understand and makes collaborating with a team feel effortless. Also, it delivers excellent value for the price.
Cons
One downside is that the layout gets updated pretty often and even tiny interface changes can end up being frustrating.

“brand i trust”
Pros
This software is very user-friendly and makes it really simple to create PDFs, flyers, calendars and advertising materials. With just a few clicks, you can turn an idea into something polished in only a few minutes.
Cons
Canva's AI still needs work. It doesn't follow instructions very well and it doesn't feel fully up to standard yet. Since it's a newer feature, I'm hoping it improves over time.

“great for everyone”
Pros
Speaking from my experience, it makes it really simple to build templates that the whole team can work on together. It cuts down on the inconsistency that happens when everyone is creating content separately in their own space.
Cons
Since I also work in Adobe Creative Suite, it definitely feels like a more basic tool with stricter limitations. I usually stick to using it for simple projects that don't need much customization beyond existing templates.

“We love it”
Pros
Getting a basic design together doesn't take much effort because the platform is very simple to use and the free features are really useful for that. The video editor is also excellent for adding subtitles and gets the job done without much work.
Cons
A lot of the features are locked behind a pretty strict paywall. Also, the huge number of design templates can feel a bit overwhelming to sort through.

“amazing templates”
Pros
A great tool, it makes design approachable for people without much experience thanks to its user-friendly editor and free templates.
Cons
It makes design accessible and affordable, allowing anyone to create good-looking work but this accessibility often results in a recognizable "Canva style" that can make designs feel less unique.

“simple and great”
Pros
Whenever I need to put together graphics in just a few minutes, Canva gets the job done fast. It also offers a huge amount of material to browse through which is really helpful when I need ideas or inspiration.
Cons
One downside is that many of the materials are already heavily used across the web so at times it's pretty obvious when something was made with this tool.

“quick edits”
Pros
When they raised the price of its Pro plan, I was pretty disappointed. I can understand it when users are making money from it and new features keep getting added but that increase just doesn't work well for me. Also, the free version isn't really an option since it blocks access to editing certain templates.
Cons
As someone who still uses it, I can say the platform continues to be useful whenever I need to put together a presentation or make a few quick video edits.

“satisfied!!”
Pros
The design variety is what keeps me coming back to it. Ever since I started using it, it has become part of pretty much every project I work on, whether that's pitch decks, infographics or promotional pieces. The free plan is enough to get started although it only covers the basics. It's also very simple to use.

“superb visual results”
Pros
It has been a huge help with my design work. The large template library, user-friendly interface and quick layout adjustments make it simple to put together polished, professional-looking visuals.
Cons
It is ideal for quick, creative content creation but organizations with stiff brand guidelines may find it challenging to maintain strict consistency especially with fonts and core assets
