“Quick results”
Pros
So good! getting started with the application felt very simple. It worked well with my own pictures and I could customize everything to fit exactly what I needed. Having pre-made templates available also helped me put together what I wanted in just a few minutes.
Cons
There really were no major issues. It does take basic computer knowledge but once you have that, the application can help just about anyone create professional-looking results.

“I had an excellent experience”
Pros
A good tool, it gives you a free way to create infographics which is a huge plus. After spending a little time getting familiar with the interface, it becomes pretty simple to work with. There are lots of design choices so you have plenty of flexibility in how you want your infographic to look. I also really appreciate that it's free to use, with a paid plan available if you want more features. Even on the free version, there are still plenty of tools and elements available to help you complete a polished final design.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it interface took a while in the beginning and the learning curve felt a bit challenging at first. Once it clicks though, it becomes much more manageable. there isn't much else to complain about because the free account still includes a solid range of design options. The only real limitation is that with the free version, you can only save a certain number of designs in your account.

“Interface is nice”
Pros
The interface feels user-friendly and getting a project started is pretty easy!!
Cons
There really aren't enough high-quality free templates and the image editing tools feel limited compared with programs like Adobe's image software.

“Great templates”
Pros
Between the large feature set, the many templates and the apps included, there's a lot here that's simple to work with. My favorite part is the magic image editing tool especially being able to pull out specific text or objects from an image to remove or change them. The background remover and AI-generated backgrounds are also really helpful.
Cons
Magic edit can be a bit inconsistent. At times it works well but other times it misses the mark and even using different prompts doesn't really help or just leads to the same issues again.

“My favorite!”
Pros
There are a lot of applications included that make creating content very simple. The interface and overall screen layout are simple so moving between the different tools feels natural. The video creation and editing features are also something I really enjoy using.
Cons
I'd still love to see the photo editing and image manipulation features become more efficient. The same goes for the video editor. It works well for basic image and video edits right now but expanding those capabilities would make it even better.

“Makes design great”
Pros
It is very simple to use, offers a lot of value for the price and helps my team work more efficiently when creating attractive signs and other materials for our office. It also doesn't take much time to learn which makes training really simple.

“Top notch software”
Pros
I love how it puts solid design options in reach for people who do not usually work with creative layouts or visual content. The platform is very simple to navigate so almost anyone can jump in, edit an image, choose a template and put together something really impressive in under 30 minutes.
Cons
One thing that feels missing is a stronger community side. It would be nice to have something centered around individual artists who create assets, along with a shared library that users could browse and use.

“my thoughts”
Pros
This tool really boosts my creativity and image editing. The designs are great and it also makes team collaboration and file sharing very convenient.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that it offers such a huge range of designs that some of them can feel a bit disorganized or not labeled very precisely. It usually works better when you search as specifically as possible while browsing elements and templates.

“Saves time”
Pros
Putting together polished designs with it feels really simple. I can create clean, professional-looking work quickly without getting overwhelmed and the templates plus built-in graphics save me a lot of time.
Cons
At times, the editing tools can feel a little restrictive especially when I need more precise control. The collaboration features are useful but they could still work a bit better.

Pros
Image editing works really well, the interface is clean and pleasant to use and it's also helpful for team collaboration. Getting started with it is very simple.

It does feel limited when you need to handle more advanced or complex tasks. That said, the available templates still let you accomplish quite a lot.

“template variety is great”
Pros
Having access to such a big template library really helped me get inspired and put together my layouts faster. The interface was simple so making changes to my designs never felt complicated. The collaboration tools were also very useful whenever I needed to work alongside other people on my team.
Cons
During the time I used it, I didn't run into any meaningful limitations. Everything worked reliably and I didn't deal with any major problems while working on my projects.

“Im impressed”
Pros
Editing videos and keeping files organized is really simple here. Magic Media has been especially impressive and has helped me create some amazing artwork for my books.
Cons
It gets frustrating when they take something that already works really well and replace it with a new version that doesn't function properly or just makes the app harder to use.

“Makes designs look polished”
Pros
The tool feels very plug-and-play for someone who isn't a professional designer. Whatever I create comes out looking polished and the high-quality templates do a lot of the heavy lifting. The tools are mostly point-and-click so even with very little training and no real graphic design background, I'm still able to make some pretty impressive things. Canva makes me feel a little fancy.
Cons
At times, the photo and design library feels a bit thin when we're working on very niche topics. My department puts together a weekly newsletter for the organization and each issue follows a theme. I know some of our themes are pretty out there but there are definitely moments when we have to go searching online for extra images because the built-in library just doesn't have enough options.

“affordable templates and generous access”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels incredibly generous with what it gives users. There are tons of free templates and plenty of access overall which is especially valuable for new entrepreneurs trying to get started. The monthly plans are also very affordable and I really appreciate that they include a 7-day full-access trial.
Cons
Back when it first started getting popular, it seemed to offer more modern templates or at least the kinds of templates most people would immediately pick first. A lot of that feels reduced now. Still, I understand it's a business and they need ways to make money too.

“Boosts my creativity”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural even if you have never designed anything before. Everything is well organized, the tools are simple and you can put together something visually appealing in just a few minutes. It also helps a lot when it comes to developing your imagination and even improving the idea you already had in mind.
Cons
Because there is so much material available, it can sometimes feel overwhelming since you do not know what to choose and you end up stuck in a loop of wanting to change things constantly.

“lots of options and worth it”
Pros
Feels simple to get around the platform and it also comes with a wide range of options. Most of the time, I'm able to find exactly what I need without much trouble.
Cons
Quite a few of the better templates come at an extra cost. Thankfully, they're not very expensive and I do feel they're worth paying for. There are also times when I can't find the exact thing I had in mind so I just switch directions and use something else.

“user-friendly tool!”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels very user friendly and there are so many apps and integrations available. It makes creating professional-looking, high-quality content really simple. I can use the print option when I need it or just download my work instead. It's also really helpful being able to share designs and collaborate on them with others.
Cons
The only downside is the pricing model for smaller businesses or individuals which could make some people hesitate before upgrading to Canva Pro even though there is still a free tier available.

“fantastic templates for every device”
Pros
Creating graphic content that already looks optimized across all devices takes almost no effort here. Also, the built-in templates make it possible to put together beautiful, effective visuals for a brand without starting from scratch.
Cons
I really don't see any downsides to the product. It feels like it already includes everything a creator needs to produce the graphics their brand requires.

“I enjoy using it”
Pros
I like how it gives a lot of value for the price and that's a big reason I enjoy using it. Although it's mainly known for graphic design, I actually rely on it more for presentations and sometimes even document editing. The features are impressive, well planned out and built in a way that feels accessible to just about anyone.
Cons
Photo editing is where it still falls short for me. Even now, I can't edit images the way I would in Photoshop. I've only been able to use the basic tools which wasn't really what I expected when I opened graphic design software.
