“Good experience”
Pros
The variety and templates they provide have been fantastic. I've used them to create several attractive signs for my office along with virtual announcements and the results have turned out really well.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating at times is figuring out the right size for my device or sign. There are multiple options that seem to match the same measurements so it often takes some trial and error to get it right.

“simple and great”
Pros
Compared with other design apps aimed at beginners, this one feels the most simple and user-friendly. It includes just about every design feature a non-professional or casual designer would realistically need.
Cons
AI features are still pretty basic. Even though it comes as a free add-on, I was expecting a smarter assistant that could help finish design tasks faster and with better efficiency.

“fantastic for educators”
Pros
it has been AMAZING!!! They really support teachers and the education community by offering a free account, plus the ability to use and share templates with other educators at no cost.
Cons
A small frustration is that not everything opens the way it should. At times, I have to switch the file format to PPTX, Word, Excel or something similar just to make sure the document opens and displays properly.

“awful support and lost work”
Pros
A promising tool at first...or at least it seemed that way. I've been paying for a Pro subscription yet some features were unavailable for an entire month. Also, my support ticket stayed open for 9 days with no real communication or updates. The advice I got from support ended up deleting all of my existing designs. When I followed up, I only received the usual response that they would get back to me once they had a solution which after 9 days felt very hard to believe.
Cons
After leaving a ticket open for 9 days support still hadn't provided any meaningful response. I followed their advice and ended up losing all of my designs. Even though I've been paying for a Pro license, the features I was supposed to have access to were never available. Every time I asked again, I got the same generic reply saying they would contact me once they had a solution. I lost two months of work, missed deadlines because of it and this is the worst application I've ever had to work with.

“Had a good experience”
Pros
This is a solid option for creating marketing visuals and assets even without being a trained designer or knowing Illustrator. There are plenty of templates to use for inspiration, whether it's for social media posts or more general presentations. It also works well for short-form videos which makes the process quick and simple. Another big plus is that when you upload a high-resolution vector or PNG, it keeps the original image quality intact.
Cons
I'd still like to see more choices for animations and frame transitions. The path feature could also be improved since it's a bit difficult to edit and often means starting over from the beginning.

“best one so far”
Pros
It is very user-friendly and the free features are enough to put together simple flyers without much hassle. I use it for all of my company flyers and event invitations.
Cons
The paid products are a little expensive. Whenever possible, I stick with the free features and they still work well for what I need.

“solid value”
Pros
Feels very simple to use and gives really solid value whether you stay on the free plan or pay for Pro. It helps me put together simple assets much faster and the Brand Kit is a feature I rely on all the time. Being able to duplicate and resize designs has also been a huge benefit since I often need the same graphic in several different aspect ratios.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is better filtering when searching for elements and assets in Canva's library. For instance, it would be helpful to filter built-in graphics by whether their colors can be edited. There are also some limitations in what it can do. I often work with intersecting shapes and graphics in my designs and that's something I can't really accomplish here. It definitely doesn't replace more advanced design or layout software but overall it's still a useful tool.

“powerful AI-driven designs”
Pros
Turning plain text into presentations with the current AI capabilities has been a real advantage. It adapts well to what I need, allows useful interaction around those requirements and feels like a very strong tool for design work.
Cons
A frustrating part has been how time-consuming it is to get the AI refinement and interpretation to fully apply updates correctly.

“tons of creative options”
Pros
One of Canva's best qualities is how much it offers for little to no cost. You can create just about anything with it once you learn where everything is. The preset templates are especially useful and I really enjoy being able to customize them to match exactly what I need.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about. If I had to point to one thing, it would be the lack of a long countdown option, like a 5-minute timer. The short ones are available but for anything longer I have to build it myself using slides.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Right away, the app feels very simple to use and I really appreciate having a variety of templates to choose from. It's also useful that it lets you work on both pictures and videos which makes it valuable for students as well as professionals.
Cons
A lot of Canva's features are locked behind payment or a Pro subscription which can be frustrating. It also depends heavily on having an internet connection since the offline options are quite limited.

“works well”
Pros
It has become a go-to tool for our marketing and events team every single week. Being able to share designs with other team members is a huge advantage and the wide range of features, images and editing tools makes it worth the cost. We've used it to put together professional-looking presentations, invitations, flyers, postcards, programs and plenty more. It's not just simple to work with, it's actually enjoyable and the print option consistently delivers excellent results.
Cons
Every now and then, a few editing features feel less simple than they should be. Getting the most out of those tools may require someone with a bit more experience using the platform or a stronger background in photo editing.

“I enjoy all its features”
Pros
The tool comes with a ton of templates and useful features which is something I really enjoy. It's very user-friendly and even the free version lets you create quite a lot of different designs.
Cons
One thing that frustrated me was not being able to find a way to save a design I had made and the available saving options feel pretty limited.

“what a software!”
Pros
Getting started feels simple and there's a huge range of templates available for slides, photos, videos and more. It also includes AI features which adds extra convenience.
Cons
Customization is somewhat limited, brand control isn't as strong as I'd like, the animations feel pretty basic and it's not the best fit for more complex design projects.

“my go-to for client visuals”
Pros
Whether I'm putting together client cards or editing videos for social media, I use it all the time. It's simple to work with and for the price, it has been a game changer when it comes to attracting more clients. The layout is simple to navigate and in more than five years of using it, I've never really had a reason to contact customer support because I haven't run into issues. As a freelancer, this is the tool I keep coming back to. They also continue to innovate and roll out updates which helps me stay current with trends.
Cons
There aren't many downsides that come to mind. My work pays well enough that the Pro version is worth it for me. I could see someone who isn't very curious or willing to explore finding it a bit overwhelming at first but even that feels more like a positive because it shows how many possibilities and opportunities the platform offers.

“all features are great”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me using it is how much value it gives for the price. It's very user-friendly, comes with really strong features and the image editing tools do what I need. They also keep it updated regularly. I don't use it for video editing so I haven't had any reason to contact customer support.
Cons
My only real complaint is that some of the templates I'd like to use still cost extra so I can't access all of them.

“social media template lifesaver”
Pros
This software gets used all the time across our organization and the marketing templates for our social media have been a lifesaver.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside, it would be the pricing. It feels expensive for our team although I also have to admit I haven't really used another product to compare it with so that judgment might not be completely fair.

“tons of creative options”
Pros
There's a massive variety to pick from so you can create just about anything you have in mind. I spent a while using the free version and even that came with plenty of features and options to work with.
Cons
At the same time, it felt pretty overwhelming and wasn't very user-friendly for someone who isn't tech-savvy. I ended up depending on my kids to help me figure things out and even they thought it was a lot to take in.

“saves so much time”
Pros
They have a huge selection of templates for posts, slides, logos and videos which makes it useful for all kinds of content. One-click background removal saves time and the brand kit helps keep colors and fonts consistent. Real-time comments and shared folders are really helpful when working with a group. Even the free plan is solid and the Pro version adds plenty of stock assets and AI features.
Cons
The video and photo editing tools are more basic than professional software so detailed timing and precise edits can be difficult. Some export options and advanced brand features are locked behind Pro or Teams. Pricing for Teams has gone up for certain users which can be frustrating. Large files can also slow things down when working in the browser.

“i recommend it”
Pros
Right from the start, it had a clean, user-friendly interface that made everything simple to navigate. I really enjoyed the wide selection of templates, fonts and graphic elements it offers. The real-time collaboration and sharing features were also a big plus and made working with a team much more convenient.
Cons
A few of the premium assets were locked behind a paid subscription which made the free version feel a bit limited at times. Also, when working on more advanced projects, the editing tools felt fairly basic compared with professional design software.

Pros
its been so useful in my company for training materials, communication and advertising content. Image editing is simple to handle and making updates can be done without much trouble.
Cons
