“lots of templates”
Pros
It has been really valuable and simple to use. It comes with a huge range of features that make both image and video editing very manageable. Whenever there's an issue, the customer support team is helpful. Also, the platform keeps getting updated with the latest functions and tools which makes using it even more convenient.
Cons
there isn't much I dislike about it. I've used it several times and each time it has been a very positive experience.

“good design tools”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about it is how simple it is to use, along with the photo and video features it offers and the overall quality of the app.
Cons
I'd still love to see more free options available although I understand the company needs revenue to keep improving the app's performance.

“template library saves time”
Pros
What mattered most to me was the massive selection of templates for practically every occasion. With such a broad library, there's always something that fits whatever project I'm working on which saves a lot of time and cuts down on graphic design costs.
Cons
For more advanced photo retouching or detailed video editing though, dedicated professional software is still the better choice.

“fantastic for ads and videos”
Pros
In my experience, this software was fantastic to work with. It's very user-friendly and there's a really good selection of graphics and photos available. I use it regularly to create advertising ads and videos.
Cons
What I'd like to see is a bigger variety of graphics to choose from, along with more editing options so they can be customized even further.

“great overall”
Pros
This is where I begin every time I need a graphic or social media post because it's so user-friendly and I can put together basic designs much faster than I used to. My favorite feature has to be the "Copy Style" button since it makes things much simpler when I want to apply the same look from one element to another. I've also had a really positive experience with the video editing tools especially when it comes to designing captions and the styling options Canva provides have worked really well for us. While I'm sure the paid plans offer a lot more, the free version has covered everything I've needed up to this point.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least about it is how often premium templates, elements and other paid items show up in the search results, to the point where they seem to take over. Sometimes it feels like if those premium options were removed for free users, there wouldn't be all that much left to choose from in certain searches. It can take a while to sort through everything and find the good free assets mixed in with all the paid content.

“An all-in-one software”
Pros
Compared with other tools I've used for photo editing, document management and presentations, I prefer Canva by far. It costs less and having one subscription gives access to a better overall experience across all the apps it offers. Another reason I keep choosing it is that it's simple to work with. With only basic knowledge of how it works and how to swap elements around, you can create attractive visuals or edit documents without much trouble.
Cons
That said, I'm a bit disappointed when it comes to photo editing because it mainly offers filters to apply to images. Video editing is not very convenient either since the timeline is often too fragmented and makes it hard to work efficiently.

“Great tool”
Pros
Right away, it felt user friendly to use and the huge collection of templates and graphic elements made creating designs much faster. The online collaboration tools were really helpful and sharing finished work with others was simple. Having access on both desktop and mobile also made everything a lot more convenient.
Cons
A few resources were restricted in the free plan and accessing the premium features meant paying for a subscription. When working on more complex projects, the customization options could feel somewhat limited.

Pros
Putting content together in this app is quick and it works really well for creating attractive posts to share on social media. It also helps a lot with making strong, polished designs.
Cons
It is excellent for graphic design and lets ideas come together fast into appealing designs. It's also very useful for editing pictures and creating logos.

“creative designs for everything”
Pros
One of my favorite things about it is how it lets me create unique designs that really help organize my business. I've been able to make all kinds of designs and use them on cups, car decals, clothing, shoes and more. It's also been a big boost to my creativity.
Cons
The Canva AI can use improvement... since it doesn't feel very advanced right now. I think a built-in AI chatbot would be especially helpful for new users, whether to guide them through steps or answer questions as they come up.

“clean templates”
Pros
It makes design work really simple for beginners. It helps me put together professional-looking social media posts and marketing materials without needing to hire a designer. The templates also look modern, polished and visually appealing.
Cons
Only the paid version has a lot of the better templates, photos and icons. It also doesn't work offline since it needs an internet connection and custom fonts are limited to Pro users.

“canva transforms our campaigns”
Pros
This creative tool has completely changed how our organization creates content. The platform is very user-friendly, offers a wide range of features, includes both video and image editing tools and comes with tons of templates to choose from. It has made it possible for us to build polished ideas and campaigns quickly even without much formal marketing experience.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. I absolutely love it... especially how simple it is to use. That said, my access comes through a paid work subscription so I can't really speak to what's included in the free version.

“perfect!!”
Pros
From my use, it feels practical and user friendly to use especially for putting together professional-looking designs without needing advanced design skills. It comes with ready-made templates, useful editing tools and convenient social media integration which makes the whole process much more accessible.
Cons
A few drawbacks come with it as well especially in the free version, where access to more advanced elements and features is limited. It also depends heavily on an internet connection for full functionality and it doesn't offer the same level of customization you'd get from professional tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.

“makes work easy”
Pros
Those templates have been a total lifesaver. Creativity doesn't come naturally to me but it gives me a strong starting point and instant inspiration right away. The built-in apps, stock photos, icons, background remover, mockups and more, help my designs look professionally made without needing a big learning curve. It's genuinely simple drag-and-drop and considering how much I get from it, the price feels completely worth it.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the search experience. Template results can feel like a firehose, with tons of near-identical options and not enough filters for things like style or aspect ratio. The organization could also be cleaner. Folders and labels work reasonably well but once the library gets large, it becomes messy fast and smarter tagging and filtering would make a big difference.

Pros
Since I began using it, my content has been reaching a much wider audience. The Pro plan feels worth the money and the platform is very simple to use.
