“Efficient”
Pros
Whenever I need to put something together at the last minute, it works really well for quick and fast projects. The pricing plans are affordable too and the newer integrations have been a nice addition.
Cons
Canva is definitely a very good app for designers but it still lacks a few important features that designers need. I am not referring to one specific tool but there are some design editing tools missing that are quite important.

“canva is a designer's dream”
Pros
Putting together polished artwork and presentations with it feels like a dream especially when time is limited. It's the kind of tool both individuals and businesses can rely on to create marketing materials and promotional content without a lot of hassle. I genuinely enjoy using it and end up working in it every day.
Cons
Every now and then I wish there were more image choices for a certain concept or keyword search. The AI feature does help fill in some of those gaps but occasionally I still can't find the exact visual I have in mind. It's not a frequent issue and they do seem to be adding new content all the time.

“A content creation powerhouse”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to create all kinds of content tailored to different social platforms, from simple square graphics to long-form pieces and even documents and spreadsheets.
Cons
It can be tricky when it comes to connecting with some of its partner platforms. For instance, I tried linking Mailchimp and it didn't work for me and was very frustrating to set up.

“double charges”
Pros
The designs look good and that's really the only positive thing I can say. Beyond that, it's difficult to navigate and find what you actually need and the subscription setup feels misleading.
Cons
I ended up getting charged twice, once through Google and then again directly through Canva. When I tried to cancel, it just redirected me to Google apps instead of helping. Trying to call or cancel turned into a complete runaround.

“Templates are good”
Pros
Using it, I can put together professional-looking graphic designs that make my clients' websites stand out especially after adding and working with photos. The ready-made templates in Canva also save me a lot of time when I'm creating designs and editing images.

“I like it”
Pros
Whether I'm putting together marketing graphics, videos, presentations or posters, this platform covers a lot in one place. The broad collection of ready-made templates, free images and AI tools, including the Ask Canva chatbot guide, saves a lot of time. Its drag-and-drop interface feels very user-friendly so moving elements around and editing designs is simple. Magic Studio is also a strong addition, with AI features like erase, morph, expand animate and highlight that make content creation more flexible. Also, it handles photo and video editing, presentations, documents, blog post comparison and even data visualization and charts which makes it a very complete platform. Real-time collaboration and team access are also very useful when working with others.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides but offline access is limited. A few of the better features are locked behind the Pro subscription and the animation tools still feel a bit basic and could use more depth.

“practical design for daily content”
Pros
It is a really practical, fast tool for putting together appealing content and I use it regularly in my company's day-to-day work.
Cons
They have a limited access to the full set of features although with this new update I believe new settings and effects will eventually be added to the free version.

“Amazing”
Pros
Getting started with it feels simple overall and the platform offers a wide range of strong templates and features that make it quick to create images, videos and slide presentations.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the addition of AI features, along with the lack of proper screening for uploaded artwork since there have been cases of stolen pieces appearing in their collection. The shifting pricing and changing feature structure are also frustrating.

“Feature packed”
Pros
This software is very user-friendly and comes with plenty of templates and tools that make it quick to create attractive, professional-looking designs.
Cons
A downside is that many of the more advanced features are locked behind the paid version which makes it harder to work on more detailed or complex projects with the free plan.

Pros
The versatility is fantastic and being able to share documents that are ready to edit is a huge plus. It offers plenty of tools and formats that help speed up the entire design process and make everything much more convenient.
Cons
Using it on a cellphone can be a little tricky, while on a computer it works amazingly well. On your phone though, it can definitely feel challenging at times.

Pros
There's a lot of room to get visually creative with it across all kinds of projects, whether I'm putting together a birthday card or working on a business proposal.
Cons
A few of the better-looking features and templates come as paid add-ons so you might have to spend a bit extra if you want your design to look more polished.

“customization packed with options”
Pros
There's a huge range of features and choices to work with and just about everything can be customized. Compared with a lot of other apps, the free version is actually really solid and doesn't feel limited, while the pro version includes pretty much anything you could possibly want.
Cons
Getting around the app can feel a little confusing at the beginning so it really helps to follow the tutorials closely or you'll probably end up feeling lost.

“makes collaborations smooth”
Pros
As someone who isn't a designer, this has been incredibly helpful for putting together all my presentations, publications and communications. The brand kit is fantastic and it feels much more approachable than Figma. Collaboration works really well too which makes the whole process even better.
Cons
AI could be stronger but it's still fairly good overall. I don't have much negative to say about it. It ends up solving far more problems than it causes.

“time-saving templates we rely on”
Pros
It has become part of our daily workflow for social media posts, presentations and event flyers. The template selection cuts down a ton of production time and even our junior designer can put together polished assets now without needing Photoshop.
Cons
The asset library is huge but a lot of it is made up of premium elements that stay locked unless you move up to a paid plan. Every now and then, more advanced branding needs still push us back to Adobe tools.
