“I'd recommend it”
Pros
I like how simple it is to work with. The ready-made templates have covered just about everything I've needed and I rarely end up creating one from scratch.
Cons
Would love to see a wider variety of graphics. There are times when I can't quite find the exact one I need for a template.

“works really well”
Pros
Being able to work from anywhere and build just about anything entirely through a web-based interface is a huge advantage.
Cons
At times some layout elements don't feel as flexible in terms of placement or design as they seem like they should be or could potentially be made to be.

“We liked it”
Pros
The tool gives me a really strong interface for creating business cards which makes the design process convenient. The free tools and overall layout are also a big plus and I appreciate having the UML modeling features available too.
Cons
An area that still needs work is the business card publishing interface. The printed cards didn't turn out as well as they looked on the screen so the final output was a bit disappointing.

“Wonderful experience”
Pros
Even as a beginner it was really simple to get started with it. I can use it for so many different things, like building a resume making Instagram carousel templates, designing business cards, birthday cards, invitations and more. It feels completely worth the price because of how much you're able to create with it.
Cons
At the moment I don't have anything negative to say. I've really enjoyed using it to make things for both my business and personal life. The regular plan felt a bit limited but once I upgraded to the Pro version, I really had no complaints.

“user-friendly”
Pros
The best part is how user-friendly everything feels. The limits are clearly laid out so even on the free plan you can still create amazing edits and branded materials that look polished, visually appealing and educational.
Cons
there's not much to complain about. If I had to point to anything, the AI image generator can be a bit inconsistent and the docs feature feels dated to use compared with Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

“Made design easy for us”
Pros
It's really simple to use, being online makes it very convenient and the effects look quite striking and visually appealing even though it does have some limitations from time to time.
Cons
As soon as you try to do something more creative, you start running into limitations with the final finish. It doesn't really let you create work with much of your own personality.

“frustrating AI search changes”
Pros
There are plenty of templates and design options to pick from and I appreciate being able to save documents in different sizes and formats. Canva Pro also adds even more features on top of that.
Cons
Since it introduced the new AI search, finding templates that actually match what I type has become much harder than it used to be. It mostly seems to surface the most popular or commonly searched templates no matter how I describe what I need. Also, the platform gets updated so often that tools keep getting moved around which means spending extra time figuring out where everything went when the old layout was already working fine.

“fantastic templates and design tools”
Pros
Putting together flyers social media posts, business cards and product listings feels really simple with the drag-and-drop editor even if you do not have advanced design skills. There is also a massive collection of ready-made templates, fonts, graphics and other design elements that saves a ton of time.
Cons
Some of its strongest features and nicest design assets are only available with the Pro plan. It can be frustrating to come across the perfect template or graphic and then realize you need to pay before you can actually use it.

“rich template library”
Pros
Canva Premium comes with a huge, user-friendly collection of high-quality templates, themes, images, design elements and even audio files, among other resources.
Cons
Website creation still has a few limitations especially when it comes to setting up payment options like credit or debit card processing. It also doesn't currently include a Contact Form feature which means there's no built-in way to communicate directly with potential clients.

“AI visuals save time”
Pros
It's still very user-friendly and saves me a ton of time when creating content. The Pro version feels worth paying for and the improved AI tools help speed up visual generation even more.
Cons
Tracking down older projects can still be annoying sometimes and the way files are organized could definitely be improved. Also, some design options feel a bit limiting when you need more advanced customization compared with tools like Adobe Photoshop.

“canva centralizes creation tools”
Pros
This is simple to use and now brings together several tools for image creation. It helps a lot with basic tasks by keeping all the usual tools you need in one place.
Cons
The downside is the limitations placed on free users. It would be nice to at least allow exports in medium quality.

“Excellent tool!”
Pros
Using it is simple and the asset templates save me a lot of time while also giving me ideas and inspiration. The social media post size recommendations and default sizing options are especially useful.
Cons
It does glitch at times and whenever I resize a design, it opens the adjusted version in a new window. I really wish it would stay in the same window instead.

“A great tool for creative projects”
Pros
It lets you put together a wide range of projects quickly and without much hassle. My kids use it for school presentations too and they can jump right in and get creative since it feels very simple. Another big plus is being able to collaborate on a presentation together.
Cons
When elements are added one after another, it takes quite a bit of effort to get back to the items underneath.

“Smart AI updates”
Pros
It's been excellent value for the price and the tool is very simple to use. I've also really enjoyed the full set of features especially the recent AI updates.
Cons
I haven't had a chance to use customer service yet so I can't really comment on that. I also haven't tested the photo or image editing features so I'm unable to say how those perform.

“Huge template library”
Pros
Creating polished, professional-looking designs in it feels very simple even without any background in design. The drag-and-drop setup is really simple and there's a huge selection of templates for things like social media graphics, presentations and more. It also helps turn an idea into a finished design quickly and having built-in elements, fonts and stock assets right there makes the whole process very convenient.
Cons
Some of its stronger features and better assets are only available in the paid version which can make the free plan feel a little limiting. It can also start to feel repetitive because so many people rely on the same templates so designs may not always come across as completely original unless you put extra time into customizing them. For more advanced design projects, it can also feel somewhat limited compared with professional-grade tools.

“Great for content”
Pros
It has been amazing for what I do. It's packed with features and I've created some really impressive YouTube thumbnails with it. There are also tons of apps you can connect which opens up even more possibilities than I expected. As I've gotten deeper into content creation, I honestly can't picture working without Canva anymore. It gives me plenty of room to be as creative as I want and when I need a little help, it offers strong starting points and inspiration. Their customer support is very responsive too and when I needed refunds in the past, they handled them quickly. At this point, I'm fully committed to Canva. Whether I'm editing my own uploaded photos or using the images they provide, there's a lot you can customize. For $15 a month, it feels completely worth it.
Cons
The one downside is that the interface can sometimes feel a little frustrating to move through. There are moments where I have to pause and think before clicking around although that's not always a bad thing. I'm honestly not even sure what the best fix for that would be.

“I loved it”
Pros
Really simple to use and suitable for just about any project you need to create. Whether it's for studying or for work, there's always something that fits what you're looking for.
Cons
There are too many premium templates that are only available with a paid subscription. Even if the premium pricing isn't extremely high not everyone can afford to pay for that version.

“time saving”
Pros
Putting together polished visuals only takes a few minutes with this tool and the interface feels very accessible. The template selection covers a wide range of needs, whether it's for social media, presentations or other formats. On a day-to-day basis, it's a genuine time-saver.
Cons
It does start to feel limiting when you need something more creative or highly customized. And if you rely too heavily on the standard templates, the final designs can end up feeling a bit less original.
