Friendly design

Pros

Really stood out to me... how well it connects with other platforms and for the option to export projects in multiple formats like PDF, PNG and video is impressive... this makes it very flexible. The drag-and-drop system is also incredibly practical and fast to use. I also appreciated having graphic elements, icons and stock photos already included since it saves time and avoids having to search for resources elsewhere. Also, the mobile version is very well designed and makes it possible to keep working even while on the go.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features feel limiting especially when compared with more professional software since the detailed control over graphic elements and layouts is less precise. Another drawback is that many of the most appealing resources, such as templates, images and fonts, are only available with the paid version. In certain situations, Canva also feels less suitable for complex or highly customized projects. Lastly, file management and project organization can become a bit messy when handling a lot of content.

A complete tool

Pros

It has become my go-to for everything from business signage to personal invitations. Building a design from scratch feels really simple with the elements library and whenever I want a starting point or a bit of inspiration, there are plenty of user-made templates to browse. It's also unexpectedly capable when it comes to animation especially once you learn how to make the most of the tools.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is how heavily the platform pushes its generative AI features and I really wish there were an option to turn that off completely. I'm also not a fan of the monthly subscription price.

positive experience

Pros

Running a solo private practice, it helps me put together professional-looking documents, logos and plenty of other materials. The platform is very simple to work with even when it comes to photo and image editing and it has noticeably elevated how polished my business appears. honestly considering how much value it adds, I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I haven't had to reach out to customer support but based on how strong the platform is overall, I'd expect the service to be just as strong.

Cons

Dragging and resizing images can be a little awkward though I suspect that has more to do with me using a trackpad rather than a mouse.

fantastic results

Pros

Feels like an invaluable design tool for beginners especially when it comes to making social media content and brand graphics. It offers a huge selection of free, customizable templates and there's also the option to upgrade if you want access to more flexible and advanced features.

Cons

The free version does have some limits when it comes to the designs and elements you can use without running into watermarks but overall it's still a strong platform.

Faster design work with canva

Pros

Editing images in this tool feels really simple and I love that it connects with AI tools through MCP. That makes creating and adjusting designs much quicker for me.

Cons

Many of the strongest features are locked behind the paid version. I also wish the free plan included more AI credits so those tools could be used more often.

overall i am satisfied

Pros

It has done a nice job adding AI into its design features and a lot of its video creation tools have clearly been updated for the better.

Cons

It's frustrating that more elements and templates are now locked behind Pro when they used to be free. I also feel Canva still has more work to do when it comes to improving its video tools.

perfect for social content

Pros

A well-rounded product that gives you all the essential tools you need!! Whether you're managing photos for social media or putting together original presentations with really outstanding graphics.

Cons

At the beginning the biggest downside I noticed was how hard it was to locate specific photos and certain effects to apply to them. With the latest updates though, especially thanks to the addition of AI,that issue has basically disappeared and it has turned into a simple and fantastic web app to use.

Amazing!!

Pros

Getting started with the tool doesn't take much effort so even beginners without technical design skills can create quality work. It comes with plenty of helpful features, including templates, image editing and video editing which can save a lot of time. Working with other people online is also very convenient and overall it gives strong value for the price.

Cons

People with more advanced design needs may find it somewhat restrictive especially when trying to make detailed edits to images and videos. A number of the better features are locked behind paid plans which makes the free version feel less complete. Most tools also depend on a reliable internet connection and offline use is not very effective.

Solid option

Pros

It makes it really quick to put together something that looks polished. I use it at work for small design tasks, posters, quick presentations and occasionally simple videos too. The templates cut down a lot of the effort and I don't need any real design background to make things look neat and professional. The drag-and-drop editor feels very simple and the built-in graphics and photos are useful when I don't already have my own assets prepared. Another thing I appreciate is that it runs in the browser so I can move between devices without losing my work.

Cons

A few useful features are only available on the paid plan and I run into those limits sometimes even when I'm just trying to do something basic. The mobile app is usable but editing on a phone feels tight and not especially fluid. There have also been a few times when the website slowed down after I added a lot of elements to one design. Offline use is pretty limited so if my internet is weak, getting work done becomes difficult. Exporting videos can also take a little longer than I expect.

fantastic value for creatives

Pros

Loved it! it really stands out for how user-friendly it is and they keep adding new features all the time. For the price, it offers some of the best value you can get from a creative platform.

Cons

One thing that still feels unclear is how it decides which features belong behind the premium subscription and which ones should stay available on the free plan.

So far the best one

Pros

Putting together simple graphic designs is fast and simple with it. It works really well for creating basic pieces that can be passed over to marketing for quick plug-and-play use. Another big plus is being able to search for graphics and photos right inside the app instead of leaving the design to find assets elsewhere.

Cons

There are a few design limitations which makes sense since the platform is built to be very accessible. That said I'd still love to see more advanced options added especially blend modes like multiply, overlay and similar effects.

Convenient

Pros

Creating my own business cards, leaflets and plenty of other materials with this has been brilliant. It feels like really good value for the money, it's very simple to use and there are loads of features to work with.

Cons

All in all it's a really good and user-friendly tool though I'd still love to see more templates added. I was hoping to find a social media template that featured Google reviews but I couldn't find one that suited what I wanted.

my review

Pros

A wide range of themed templates makes it possible to create all kinds of content, from presentations and spreadsheets to social media posts. The interface feels polished, is simple to move around in and the popups show up in a visually pleasing way.

Cons

When working with templates that include links, getting them inserted in a clickable format can be frustrating. Also, adding QR codes is locked behind the premium plan which is limiting for content creators since that's such a common way to direct people to websites now.

easy to use

Pros

Lately I've been using it more and more and it's really accessible for anyone, whether on a phone or a computer, with saved files available across devices. It's also very convenient for making edited videos and adding voiceovers.

Cons

More and more features are getting locked behind a paid subscription so you have to pay to access them which is a bit unfortunate.

Love the templates here

Pros

With this tool, everything feels immediate: I open it, pick a template and within a few minutes I already have something presentable. It's really convenient even for people who aren't designers and the huge range of ready-made templates and resources genuinely saves a lot of time.

Cons

The nicest templates are locked behind the Pro version and some advanced features can feel a bit restricted on the free plan. Also, when working with very heavy files, it can become a little slow.

very flexible

Pros

It has been a favorite of mine because it's incredibly simple to use, the support team is excellent and it really gives you a lot for the price. Getting around the platform feels very accessible, customizing designs is simple and editing images or videos takes hardly any time. I also appreciate that I can use Canva both online and offline. I absolutely love it.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. I've used it for a long time and it has consistently worked without bugs or any real issues.

Pros

Consistently suggests the best quality settings for every file you create. It also gives you the flexibility to choose the size, file type and the exact format you want for saving your design work.

Cons

I enjoy using all of its features but the free photo editor does feel a bit limited in what it can do. I haven't had the chance to test the paid version yet.

custom designs are great

Pros

This tool makes design feel approachable thanks to its polished templates, simple drag-and-drop editor and tons of choices for both social media and print materials.

top-notch features and results

Pros

Feature set and the finished output are excellent. This program is capable of handling just about anything I need and I've used it consistently to create professional-looking products and materials.

Cons

Interface and workflow can feel confusing. It would help to have better tutorials or a clearer, more defined production flow.
